Everything is good clean , nice deco , smooth check in

Its been a week I am still waiting for my deposit rm200 refund. On Tuesday they messaged saying some ID issues log in, would be credited soon. I was busy until Saturday I checked my account still not in. It has been a week since I checked out. So make sure you keep checking your account if they have not refunded your deposit. It's a hastle now chasing and dealing with them and then they said will check with accounts department.

Good location with KLCC is just a walk away. A lot of food stalls nearby. The view from apartment was amazing. The apartment was cozy and nice.

Check-in was hastle as it was different place from the apartment we were suppose to stay. But they guided as well through out the check in process. It took them few days to return back my RM 200 deposit.

super close to LRT Kampung baru and plenty of food options nearby (walkable distance). the house itself was great. showers, air conditioning, TV etc worked well. comfortable mattresses too. view from our house was great but the view from the swimming pool was amaaaazing. definitely check out the swimming pool! the staff were nice and efficient, easy check in/check out process. they also provide luggage storage for a low price, very convenient :) the check in time was 4pm but our house was ready around 2pm. for the price i paid, i was very satisfied with my stay!

the staffs had to come into our house at night to fix a wifi problem, the process took a bit long due to miscommunication. also, after i checked out it took awhile for them to return my deposit and it took a lot of follow ups too

- Location is excellent (1-2 minute walk to Kampung Baru station, and you can walk to the Petronas Towers and Suria KLCC via the Saloma Link bridge, great food places nearby e.g., Nasi Lemak Wanjo KG Baru). - The views from the property are amazing (provided that you book a direct KLCC view). - The property was adequately clean and had good facilities within the building. - It was easy to book a Grab taxi from the property. - The staff were friendly and easy to contact.

- Check-out took more than 30-45 minutes which made us late for our domestic flight (which we eventually missed) - so I suggest you leave at least an hour for check-out at this property. - I only received check-in instructions via WhatsApp the day of arriving at Kuala Lumpur which is a little challenging for international/ foreign guests (however, I bought my SIM at the airport so this wasn't a major issue). - There is no air condition in the building itself. - There are two block towers which can be a little confusing (but easy to navigate once you know). - The WiFi at the property wasn't great (I used my own mobile data).

View was magnificent. Warm water for the shower. Aircon worked really well. great to have a supermarket at the bottom. When we checked in, staff were lovely. However, make sure you have your deposit on you. We had to leave our children and packs and walk to the Petronas towers to get our 200 MYR before checking in. The kids loved the pool.

Not enough cutlery for our family and what was there was mainly plastic. Shower was broken when we arrived. Chair was broken when we arrived and when we left 6 days later, nothing was fixed. No message about it either. meant we had 3 chairs for a family of 5.

The view was amazing

I didn't like there weren't enough cutlery 1 knife 1 spoon n 6 folks very disappointed sheets and blankets had stains on it so slept in the blankets we brought off the plane till we washed the blankets n sheets be very wary

location. staff especially the pool attendant Sharif! so friendly. food stalls and street restaurants in neighborhood were amazing delicious and cheap! views of Pertronas towers was phenomenal

The location is superb. Walking distance to foodstalls and restaurants at Kampung Bharu. MRT station just next to the property.

The toilet was not well-cleaned, with mold on the walls, which was quite unpleasant. I contacted customer service to report the issue, but they simply noted my apartment number and took no further action. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating. The beds were quite dusty. Maybe the unit was empty for quite sometime. My sister became asthmatic that night and required her rescue inhaler. My security deposit was refunded after 6 days, with multiple follow ups. Checked out on the 24/11, refunded 1/12.

I like the television channel, clean room, infinity pool. Easy to park. The surrounding is good for family.

I don't like the check in and check out hours. First time I get experience check in at 4pm and check out in 1 pm. It is not fair and not enough for 2 days 1 night stay. However, when I sign for check out, the staff ask me to sign at ( check in 1pm, check out 12pm) is it fair? Something is wrong. Tell me why guess cannot check in earlier?
