I believe the hotel was refurbished recently. So room is clean and comfortable. However bathrooom could be upgraded to a much better condition.

Please upgrade your bathroom as well. Tub is dirty. Can remove the tub and replace eoth better shower. Breakfast is not good at all

My daughter and I were staying in KT overnite, en route to Kota Bharu from KL. The reception staff and manager were kind enough to allow us an early check-in, without a surcharge. Many thanks for that! :) The room was spacious and clean. All the facilities were functioning well. The location was great, can see sunrise from the room, and it's walking distance to the famous mall there, KTCC mall. The sahur buffet was quite good. There were ample, covered parking spaces too, so your car won't be left under the scorching hot sun.

the front staff not even friendly and i need to wait almost half an hour before the other staff realize that we,the customer in the long queue and then the other staff just came out from the office to the front desk. not even smile or pleasure gesture from the front desk staff..so bad

1. Location location location. Very near to KT mall, eateries, the bridge. Not too far from the beaches as well, around 10min drive to all of the nearby beaches. 2. Breakfast. Simple comfort food for breakfast. Taste wise, average. Coffee was good. 3. Staff were friendly, gave prompt response when we request to change to a non smoking room. 4. Bath tub. 5.The view from the rooms.

1. There were a tall glass blocking the toilet and bath tubs, making it a bit difficult to adjust the showers frm outside the tub. For parents with kids who wants to play in the tub, it is quite challenging. 2. Receptionist should always ask non smoking/smoking room preference regardless of booking walk-in/via app. Some kids or adults have allergies even to a slightest smell of tobacco. 3. Since we are in Terengganu, maybe cn put local traditional menu as breakfast such as nsi dagang and kueh2. 4. Furnitures are old school, but well maintained.

The receptionist assisted me with a smooth and quick check-in, and the guard/bell boy provided his finest service. I enjoy the large room and the comfortable bed. My kids adore the pool. The entire family enjoys the morning menu. - 6 minutes walking distance to Mayang Mall😊.

Breakfast was disappointing, with a lukewarm half-boiled egg and no nasi dagang.😇

I was like woww when 1st entered the lobby. Clean & tidy. Smells good too! Staff were nice & very helpful. Room was cleaned, we were scared to mess it hahha.. thanks to hsekeeping. I give 5* for your service.

Welcome drinks too sweet for me.. Org Tranung manis tak apa, but not drinks pls.. ahahha. & org atas tu kenapa berlari2 in the middle of the night. Haisshhh! Too tired to think about it. Tido lena sampai pagi.

The staff were very friendly and would attend to your needs quite swiftly. The breakfast was OK but could be a bit better. The location is very good, near to all amenities.

Understandably it's quite an old hotel but being a 4 star hotel , I did expect a certain level of cleanliness and service. The toilet was not properly upkeep with stains on the bathtub and tiles from dirt. Twice the toilet bowl got choked. Room was not properly cleaned in the morning.

Last minute booking for 2+1 pax. Room is spacious. I book for premium twin room. Interior design of the room looking new maybe they did renovation recently. The sea view is nice. very near to eateries, accomodation & night market. very recommended. Parking hotel is provided for free under basement. I dont book include breakfast. so far everything is good. 4 star hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will come here again definitely!

Convenient checked in. Booked a room for 3.nights. Located in middle of the town and lots of eateries nearby. My room with draw bridge view. Will definitely come back for stay.

Brought my disable kid with me. The walkway for disable person were too steep. Maybe the hotel would consider to adjust it somehow.
