The location is easily access and facilities like bank, convenience store, 24 hours laundry and clinic is walking distance. However, the selection of food there are more appropriate to non-muslim community. For muslim that looking for a halal food selection need to go out from the area. For me it is okay as I like to explore. I am so pleased with your morning and evening shifts staff. they are very helpful and pleasant. But for your midnight shift guy... hmmm... Maybe he need to loose a bit as he seems a bit stiff ..hehe. Thank you Amamas!

Perhaps, the hotel could provide some quick facts / info of where to get / go : halal cuisine near by for muslim guests, interesting places to visit during the stay etc especially for those traveling for the first time to Kuching (like me). Because a few of the hotel staff wasn't ready with the answers for guests (maybe they are new).

The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was no breakfast provided, which created a slight problem for us, wanting to get out early on tours etc and we struggled to find somewhere suitable in the vicinity that was open before 9am. There was a slight smell of damp in the corridors leading to the rooms, although the rooms themselves were immaculate.

The staff are friendly, spacious rooms, comfortable beds & clean...there are many food restaurants available near the hotel... as my flight was scheduled early in the morning, I just booked a free drive to the airport at the counter.. recommended!!

Drunk people were quarrelling in the parking space outside of the hotel. The aircond sometimes produces a weird sound like someone opening our room's door... quite annoying... overall, i enjoyed my stay...10 / 10

Nice hotel and price reasonable. The staff is helpful & fast response. They also provide dettol shower cream & hair shampoo,weighing scale,hair dryer.Room Its so spacious and comfy. Good service as they provide free transport from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport upon requests and provide flight detail. Sure will stay again if go to kuching. Overall cheap and best. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. I loved it. Helpful staff. Literally I booked the room 2 hours before check in. Staff considered room check in despite check in time is 1400. Convenient place. Restaurants and bars were in close proximity. The airport is just 2 km away. Very convenient for travellers and tourists. Very nice hotel.

staff gave me replacement room when i informed staff of cigarette smell in room 106.

staff offerred install air purifier/refresher device in the room when i raised my concern about cigarette smell. From my past mouldy smell experience from other hotel, this device is not effective. So this should not be an offer, change room should be the first offer.

i like the sofa bar very much, socket beside the bed, wardrobe space, service, shampoo and soap

please mark which side is cold and hot water in the bathroom, use a little bigger mug than now..i cant drink a lot and need too remake my hot water twice, prepare wifi or set to tv so that we can reach youtube or make us easier to connect with internet on tv, its ok we can use our own hotspot but its seems that we cant connect tv to internet..very difficult or i am the one whi dont know how to set it

The family room comes with one king size and one queen size bed for 5 paxs. The location is strategic where there’s cake house, pharmacy, bank and few food courts nearby. The hotel is only 5-10 drive away from Kuching International Airport. We had free shuttle service provided by the hotel to the airport which is very convenient. We even borrowed power bank and luggage weight scale during our stay and the staff have been really helpful.

The hotel was located in a little strip mall that lots of eating options nearby and a fabulous laundry service a few doors down. We arrived early and were able to store our bags while we went sight-seeing. The bed was comfortable, the shower great and it was pretty quiet at night. We also appreciated the shuttle service at no extra cost.

My husband's side of the bed was up against the wall. Neither of us likes that in a hotel room.

Really big room, very big and comfortable beds, well-equiped and clean close to perfection. Airport-Shuttle included (really nice for us because our flight was very early). Nice bathroom (incl. Rainshower). The local food courts around are so exiting and offer many delicious and typical options. Great place to stay and just 10 minutes away from the airport by car. We will definetely stay here again!

We keep only one point left, maybe to reach the 10 points next time with another room, because our room window faced the outside backstage area of a restaurant where it was a little noisy and busy until the late evening. But this is critic on a very high level.
