SO CLEAN.. DOES NOT HAVE ANY DUSK. THE ROOM SPACE IS WIDER SINCE THE ROOM HAVE 2 DOUBLE BED

- accommodated late check-in when we arrived in the late evening on the bus. - super clean room with everything we needed for a short stay. - less than a 5-minute walk from the location the bus from KL dropped us off. - they provide a free shuttle to the harbour where the boats go to Tioman. - ATM very close by (less than 5-min walking distance from hotel). - free water refill in the lobby. - very nice to have kettle and cups provided in the room.

this is quite nice place as it strategic location & come with 8/ day for parking if you going to island . it could be look like a haunted outside 😂 but is okay in the inside 😉

It’s an excellent choice for a night stay taking the ferry to Tioman next morning. What we like: 1. Walking distance to many eateries and Mersing town center 2. Large parking lot to keep the car for a few days. Daily charge RM10 per car 3. Free shuttle thru and back Mersing jetty 4. Very friendly staff

During my stay around 2am i think there are a group of indian man talking very loud outside. But i know that it is not the property fault but i think you can remind them to slow down a bit bcs people are already sleeping on that time. I am awake due to their loud voice.

overnight stop before bus back to KL. perfectly adequate for what I needed. room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good and hot (once front desk showed me how to turn it on), location was convenient in centre of town and 5 mins walk from bus station.

a little bit noisy as my room was directly on to the parking area so could hear a few grab riders etc gathered there plus cats! Also the night desk person talking extremely loudly to a friend late at night. Quiet by midnight though and I slept well.

Great location 3 minutes walk from the bus terminal. Free shuttle to the jetty. Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly receptionists. Great food nearby- there is a noodle shop that opens at 4.30am just down the street for those travelling early.

Noise in the reception area could be easily heard in the rooms

Room was very clean and sufficient for 1 pax. It was brightly lit too. There was aircon, a towel provided.

Aircon temperature can't be adjusted so I had to off it when it gets too cold. Other than that everything else was good!

Excellent facilities: from the good-pressure shower, to the clean toilets, to the clean bedding, to the thoughtfully placed power point at the side of the bed. Staff were very accomodating to my requests. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that their shuttle service was "on demand": you could give them a call and ask them to pick u up from the ferry terminal. Location was also excellent, being 2 mins from the bus terminal (behind), and with many traditional eating places just at the doorstep.

Pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, but that's my personal preference. This was actually one of the best stays I've ever had.

Good hotel for a family. The beds were set up for two adults and two kids which can be tough to find. 24-Hour reception with English speaking employees was a big bonus. Felt like a safe neighborhood. They even give us a free shuttle ride to the boat docks in the morning. Hotel room was simple but clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed, definitely recommend.
