For the first time stay with 52 grace hotel. the room was clean and big. Very comfortable with 2y baby. Big bed fit 2adult and 1kid. Hot water and aircond just nice. All good very satisfied. The price was good too. Thankyou.

When people talking outside, we can hear it. So at night, sometime i cannot sleep because of people walking and talking outside. And about the iron, very hard for me to iron my shirt/pants/shawl hanging. I think you just should just use normal iron that have board to put down the shirt. Other than that, all good.

1. Sejadah was not available when requested. The answer given was that the sejadah was not enough while available ones are small sized. 2. There is a need to pay for the parking. When asked for parking coupon, I was told that parking coupons are sold at a place somewhere (I don't know where cos I am not a local there). The hotel should buy parking coupons to make it easily available for the tenants.

Free flow hot coffee and chocolate at the lobby, the decoration of hotel is very aesthetic! We had stayed here for few times and never dissapointed with the service

The pictures on advertisement should be more accurate. At first, I book for 'Standard Deluxe Room' but they said it is with tatami (tilam) only no bed frame. So I need to rebook for bed frame, and it turns out the same 'Standard Deluxe Room' like previously I booked. I think it's really confusing, but the receptionist was very nice and explain to us patiently.

Check In process was very smooth. The hotel called you earlier to ensure your arrival time. The entrance and lobby was so clean and nice. Instagram worthy. The room size is just nice(as what a budget hotel can provide). The room rate is also reasonable. Basic facilities are enough and functional during our stay. This place has ample parking space as the location is quite new I guess. Please don't get confuse with another Grace Hotel that is also located nearby. Make sure you type the number *52* when you google for location of this place, or otherwise you may be directed to another The Grace Hotel. Only short drive to the town. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

The room so spacious very comfortable,nice n clean,,, also the lobby area very cozy n nice n the smell so nice... receptionist also nice..

Just about bathroom.. a bit spacy for taking bath but nevermind still fit in...it still can take shower even need to sit on toilet bowl....but it still comfortable, nice n clean..

The hotel lobby deco is cozy and u can enjoy a cup of hot coffee (complimentary) at the seating area. The room is spacious and clean.

The toilet need to be revamp - Need to have hanging clothes/towel rack, need to have deep cleaning on the white tiles (to remove the yellowish mark) and provide more toilet roll

overall is good. The staff is good, many parking, easy to find the location. lobby look nice. Got lift.

the toilet design is a bit weird.... the room quite dark as the light not enough...

Everything is good. Nice lobby. Hotel with lift. They have a self service welcoming drink (coffee latte). Free flow

Some of the rooms are too small for 2pax. Furniture and bed are too old

Place is comfy. Aircond was cold, Toilets were clean, room was clean and cosy. It's a nice place to stay.

The shower in one of the room booked didn't function. There was a problem with the electric plug I guess. And there was no window but can't complaint much as the room was small and just enough to stay and sleep.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Muar
