This is a brand new hotel,as far as I know.Its really good,the staff is polite,the smell of the room and lif when u entered is good.I like the pool,its good,although it was on theroof top,it has a place where u can order food and eat while enjoying.

1.Car park a little difficult,a narrow entrance which lead to back and forth in the same way could end up accident,need to improvised, 2.The pool have a lot of chlorine,u can smell even swallowed it by accident. Be extreme careful when swim.Do wear goggles.

The room is spacious. Staffs are friendly. Location is very near to the centre. Family mart and Cu just beside the hotel. Free parking available.

The curtain is not light insulated. So it get very bright in the morning. The parking space opp the hotel have no light so feel pretty dangerous to park at night but there is still parking beside the hotel. (But only few slot)

Room clean especially toilet. So comfort. Kfc, family mart, cu mart just at level G hotel. Got basement parking. Swimming pool. Breakfast is same for 2 day. Haha. Nasi lemak ok..sedap. we attend wedding at level 3 hall. Easy access to all.

Hakimi was the best staff ever! Room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Parking is the best!

Bathroom was very dirty with feces stains in toilet bowl. Tissue was used and was not renewed. Water pressure was very low. Bidet had very low pressure.

The location is strategic, its in the middle of the town and very close to Family Mart, KFC and CU. Parking is available for guest at basement. The toilet is very clean and have water heater.

The door is quite thin and able to hear other guest walking/talking around the corridor at night time. The blanket and sheet have minor stains.

breakfast is normal as eg nasi lemak,mee goreng,cereal, smooth check in, many convenient stores e.g family mart,kfc n uc mart same building.parking in basement-easily accessible

1.slippery toilet floor- pls put batroom mat for safety 2.good to carpeted the bed area- night cold 3.soft pillows shd have 4 instead 2 only 4.good to hve small cabinet to put clothes

The location of the hotel is easy to access. The room is very clean and tidy.

The cafe at the rooftop needs to be improvised especially in terms of wind/rain shield to avoid the cafe become too wet.

location are great, comfy and welcome feeling that we like sooo much, please don't ever change that... smiling front desk and warm greeting they give you are the best.. ;) this is my 2nd time stayed here, will definitely come again ...

a bit about parking...

Superb location and nice rooftop view

There is an unpleasant sound like springs at top floor (8th floor). However, hotel staff on duty have changed my room to lower floor. The maintenance staff seem aware with the sound and point it to swimming pool pump mechanism at the rooftop.
