Room and toilet were clean. Its like newly renovated. Strategic location easy access to food, pharmacy, convenient stores etc. Ample parking after 630pm. Stay here twice because near to office and affordable. Overall good for short staycation!

Staff not friendly. Mostly is foreigner staff. There is a blonde lady not smile, no greeting, looks arrogant. Room is not sound proof. Quite noisy but bearable. No television in the room but wifi is good. Not convenient to check-out! You'll have to wait till they check your room. Then only your security deposit of RM50 will be refund (P/s: You will be penalize if there is stain on your linen bed or towel)🤔

I love almost everything about this place. The room was very clean and tidy. It smelled great too! The wifi is strong and the girl at the reception was also helpful.

The entrance to the building is a bit creepy if you check in at night. The space for car to pass through is also very narrow. But the reception is on the first floor and once you reached reception floor, the fear got away too. There were other girls on the floor as well so as a fellow solo girl traveller, I felt safe

Excellent location, with many amenities nearby including medical clinic, dentists, pharmacies. Great choices for places to eat, including high-end cafes, family restaurants with local cuisine, and fast-food outlets. Also good choices for vegetarians. Major banks have branches here; there are several convenience stores, a local fresh market and a supermarket, as well as hair salons, traditional massage services, and even a post office - all within walking distance of the hotel.

the room is really clean, the furniture are in good condition as the hotel is still new, toilet is clean, bed is comfortable, overall cleanliness is considered very good at this price point

one downside is the room does not have electronic lock which many hotel has, just conventional mechanical door lock (the one you can turn 2 times to lock in your house). like other budget hotels poor sound proof (you can hear voices from corridor, but this is acceptable for this price)

Value for money no frills hotel, looks new like it was just refurbished, cleanliness top notch, aircond and water heater looks new and worked perfectly, I’ve stayed in a few budget hotels in Klang Valley so far this is the best. Strategic location walking distance to most amenities, 24 hour reception so no problem for late check in

Plumbing system could be quite noisy sometimes especially when the WC from another room is in use but acceptable as I still slept soundly.

Excellent price, location in PJ, quietness, shower pressure and room facilities.

The gym isn’t really a gym, fridges are full, lift numbers do not correspond to floors, if you hang the clean sign they won’t do it (you have to ask at the reception) and there were 2 little cockroaches in my room. One perhaps not so little. The place is clean though so possibly they came from the outside.

Affordable, strategic locations and very clean. Good Wifi connection and aircond well function (very cold in a night). Worry not as they had water heater in a bathroom. I've check in here for more than 5 times. This time ive got room @ level 1. Its silent there. maybe during my stayed not much people. Really peacefully.

The room and bathroom are extremely clean. All the facilities are great and they provided everything you need. Great for the value.

The lif is abit slow and the buttons are slightly broken. Otherwise everything is perfect

The place is clean, central, and great value for money. If you need a clean and comfortable bed in PJ, and nothing else - this is the place to go.

The place is relatively noisy, thanks to thin doors, and loud guests. Did not particularly effect me. Also, be aware that some rooms might not have windows - but then again, you've got it nicely dark at night.

The room was clean and comfortable, located close to many amenities like convenience stores, a shopping mall and restaurants. U can get to the nearest train station within 15 minutes of walking.

They only provided shower gel in the bathroom. No toothbrush and shampoo. That's my only gripe haha.
