Room was perfect for a 12 hour layover.

The location could’ve been explained better.. you have to go through immigration and the hotel is outside of the gates which is unnecessary for a layover stay as you go through all the frustrating paperwork again via immigration when coming out then going back into your gate you need to go through security again the lines are just too long and not worth it. There are other hotels inside terminals where you dont need to go through immigration/security again like Sama sama hotel.

Really easy to find - took the KLIA Ekspres train from T1 for RM2 (which is about £0.35p), even got the ticket in the baggage claim area so avoided the queue at the station (and could use card so didn't need Malaysia money). The hotel is just at the exit from the train and up an elevator. Quick and friendly check-in. The room was bigger than I was expecting, with lovely modern bathroom with excellent walk-in shower, fluffy towels and all the amenities you might need. The bed was reaaaaallllly comfy with good quality linens and pillow choices - I slept like a log! Thought it would be strange not having a window but this made for a better sleep. The coffee shop (Coffee Bean/Tea Leaf) just opposite makes excellent coffee and breakfast bagels. Really easy to then check-in for the next flight at T2 the next day. Perfect for a stopover in between flights and would stay again.

we are on transit for about 9 hours, we booked a 12 hour room and it was a nice place for us to rest and get a shut eye. the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice but i think the shower need a door as the water seeped out of the shower and wet the floor of the toilet part of the bathroom. the bed were comfortable and tea and coffee amenities were great. we were also provided with toothbrushes ( and believe it or not hotels in seoul did not provide toothbrushes) we are repeat customers, i think we ve stayed here for more than 5 times and we always enjoyed our stay.

none at all - oh they gave us only one keycard. two would've been better

The room is very clean and spacious. People at the front desk were accommodating and nice. Wifi speed was fantastic, with the highest download speed reaching 133MBPS. Great location for a long layover, right inside the shopping centre. Though breakfast is not provided, the amount of food options outside of the hotel made up for it. Oriental Kopi was just 1 floor above. There is also a 24 hour minimart just outside the hotel. Many options and places to eat. The hotel is very easy to get too especially with the transit train. For memory it costed 2MYR per ticket. The train ride was only 2 minutes.

The only thing I would tell people is that Aerotel should inform on their website or emails that the shopping centre cuts off hot water and the electricity for the aircon at 12am til 7am. It wasn't bad by any means, just something to let people know. But this may change in the future. Rest assured that the water still worked and that normal electricity still worked so it wasn't a big deal

Excellent location. We arrived in Kuala Lumpur close to midnight so this hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. Eateries are just one floor below the hotel. Easy to access the train or bus to KL Sentral the next day. Hotel Reception staff were excellent.

We didn't expect much from an airport hotel so this was slightly better than our expectations.

If you're flying in/out of KLIA2, this hotel is the perfect location. We had a 6:30am flight. It was great to be able to just roll out of bed, walk thru security and be at our boarding gate. Our room was quiet and clean. The wife worked well. It was better than expected.

Next to the reception desk is the Aerotel's lounge. If you want to enjoy a meal here, be sure to get the discounted price from the reception desk. Before we paid for the lounge, we were told that we could have all we could eat and drink for one hour, including alcohol. In the lounge, we learned that "alcohol" means Carlsberg on tap, not wine or any other spirits. An interesting translation error, yes?

It was within my budget for my one night in KL and the price matched the quality because of the location and coziness.

The AC has a mind of it’s own. I couldn’t set it to one temperature. I like to be warm and have AC on around 26 degrees at night. Here it is not possible to manually change the AC. The worst thing was when I woke up and it had changed to 15 degrees because it changed by itself. This was after I asked a staff member to fix before I slept and he explained it was all okay. If it wasn’t for this I would give a better rating.

Super convenient location - a very short walk from T2 arrivals and to T2 departures as well as a food court (with a great veggie stall) which makes the hotel ideal for a short overnight stay. Friendly staff, quick check in and check out, a super clean room, fresh linen and towel, a comfortable bed, modern design, dim bed side lamp, clean shared bathroom with body wash and shampoo provided. Great wifi. Nothing not to like! Light sleepers would probably benefit from bringing ear plugs. Personally, the occasional low level noise from the corridor or the airport did not bother me - I slept very soundly and was well rested for the morning flight.

I was surprised that such a small room can be so comfortable - they have designed it pretty well and you have everything you need, yet it does not feel cramped. The shared bathrooms and showers were kept very clean all the time and there are many restaurants and shops around. The check-in desks are really short walk away and the hotel is super easy to find. Overall I enjoyed my stay here as I needed to catch a very early flight and I will use it again if I have flights in a not-very-optimal times.

The location was very convenient and the room, which was spacious, met our expectations in every respect. It enabled us to get a good night's sleep before an early flight the follwoing morning. Getting to Terminal 1 involved a two-minute train ride which was very convenient. I would particularly recommend it for passengers who have luggage which cannot be checked in and, therefore, cannot stay the night in an air-side hotel. We will definately stay there again.

In real terms we had no complains of any kind. The only thing I would mention for the management's attention, is that a strange noise (best described as a squeak) could be heard a regular intervals and, had I not been tired, might have kept me awake.
