Close from the airport if you are on transit and would like to find an affordable place to stay. The capsule is spacious and comfortable. The staff even gave us option to be picked up from the airport; save the hassle if you came late in the early morning and exhausted.

Consider it is 'close' from the airport (cab had to do a loop around), wish it would have been a walk from the airport itself. Would love to have these kinds of capsule hotels closer so transit would have been a great experience.

The staffs was great. The room was nice with everything you need in the capsule.

Maybe the toilet can be separated between male and female because not everyone feels comfortable sharing shower and toilet area between male and female.

Easy to get to from the airport. I just took the free shuttle bus from the terminals to the longterm car park and walked the last bit which was about 15-20 min walk. Simple but clean facilities and everything you need in the capsule.

The mattress cover is dark blue so you can't see how clean it is but I still saw some dirty spots on it. Everything smelled clean though. The light blanket wasn't warm enough for me so I had to put extra clothes on and put my turkish towels on top for extra warmth. I also think it's a bit expensive for what it is but I guess it's the convenience of being close to the airport.

Staff helpful and we're able to both pick me up and drop me to the airport terminal for a reasonable fee as not within walking distance but a short drive, capsule was comfortable, some local restaurants in the area too were open that night but not much else but did not mind as only stopping over for an early morning flight.

The staff is very nice. They helped me to cash out so I can eat in one of the many restaurants around. It's also possible to extend the stay for 10 myr an hour. The shower was amazing. This place is meant for sleeping resting, not hanging out, therefore there is no common area. But if you need to have a good rest between or before the flight, it's perfect. The pods offer the best sleep possible. Also, the KL is 2 hours away from the airport, which is too far for a few hours rest. So this hostel is in a really good location.

Efficiency, quietness, politeness of staff, cleanliness. These are the points that would make me return and recommend the venue to other travellers looking for short-term stay. The capsule itself was clean and comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep for a substantial amount of time and woke up pretty rested to continue my travel by flight.

There was nothing to not like considering it was a capsule hotel (very minimalist) and short-stay. If there is one thing I was uncomfortable with was to leave my luggage outside my capsule or even at the stand away from me. I rather it be inside the capsule and there would have been less anxiety on my part.

They saved my life by allowing to sleep during my long layover after flying for 20 hours. They were really responsive to texts and messages. They can accommodate you any time during the day or night. They even picked me up and dropped back to the airport. The whole process felt safe and comfortable.

The facilities are OK. especially the bathroom and shower areas can be improved. I was also charged extra for the pickup and drop off. The cost was the same with a grab which is fine. But it would have been nicer if they made it clear I would have to pay for the ride.

It's an awesome place when you're in need of a short rest and/or freshen up near the airport. Staffs were very accommodating even when they're up during the wee hours of the morning. I asked one of them if they could wake me up and they kindly did. Also, the reviews were true, they'll give you an apple which is very nice gesture. They room space is big enough and doesn't feel like you're in a coffin at all. It contains one small pillow and a blanket. If you're not used to small pillows, it's best to bring a bag filled with clothes or a neck pillow to elevate your head. They offer towels for bathing and a moisturizing liquid soap inside the showers. They also offer rides going to the airport with the same price as Grab which is better since you don't need to wait for a booking. The area has a lot of places to eat and buy stuffs. I asked the Grab driver if booking a car is gonna be an issue during late hours and he said there's a lot of Grab drivers in the area some of which also stay at Bangau to take a quick rest.

The bathrooms could need a little improvement. Like there's a gap in one of the toilet stalls which wasn't an issue for me since I was the only one at that time. Also, it needs a proper area to put my clothes and towels while showering. There are hooks provided inside the shower stall but the cubicle itself is not big enough, some of my clothes got wet because of the splashes.

Really loved the sleep pod. It was spacious and comfortable. Facilities are basic. Only a small reception area, through a door to the pods, through another door to the bathroom. No social area. If you are looking for a place to get some sleep before or after a flight that's close to the airport, then I would recommend this. I would stay here again. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The only negative for me was the air conditioning. I had mine turned right down to nothing and I was still cold. I really feel the cold though. This is the only reason I rated it lower.
