Cost was not as mentioned in the booking.com, they have added more extra charges. Booking.com said the amount was 275 and hotel charges us 314.

Beautiful, large pool area to lounge while you wait for your flight.

Staff was not helpful with the airport shuttle. Receptionist told me the shuttle bus would be at level 1. After repeated questions looking for *any* more details she would only say level 1. As you can imagine, level 1 at the airport is quite large and busy. For those who are waiting at KLIA terminal 2, it's level 1 at door 3, big white coach bus.

The pool was amazing, it was clean and was very close to the airport.

We were a little bit disappointed that we didn’t have a window that opened up to the outside, rather into a garage area that light came through the mostly transparent door and did not open. We did not have garden views that was stated on the room details but was kinda ok because we only stayed there 2 days while in transit to the airport.

Staff all very happy to help! Enjoy the size of the rooms, proximity to the airport, and buffet breakfast. The swimming pool is spectacular! The addition of clean hot/cold water dispensers in room block area was nice.

Location enables property to have high prices for meals and cocktails. Not much to get within walking distance. No atm machine. Closest is at airport. Definitely ensure you have the Grab installed on your phone.

While they didn't provide bottled water like other hotels, they didn't have a service for you to purchase them from. Their systems can be unreliable in the restaurant but work fine at the reception. This forces you to pay with cash that you may not carry around on short trips.

The Hotel was in great shape, a lot of Asian hotels seem to show some ageing, not this one. Facilities around the hotel was nice, clean and updated. Very clean in the room, didn't find any lingering hair. The location was great.

I wished there was a free shuttle that you can request to pick you up from the airport, instead of timed shuttles. They dont operate after certain hours. I had to grab a Grab to get there. The staff could be more friendlier, but after traveling Malaysia for a few weeks, seemed like all hotel staff is the same, bland, emotionless.

The general feel, and openess, the way the rooms are all laid out around the pool opposed to be stacked up in a tower block. The pool itself was lovely. Location to airport was very convenient for transiting. The people were all very nice

The food (buffet) was a bit bland - and it being the ONLY option, there was no other choice to pay for the full buffet even if you only wanted a small bite to eat. The room we had, stated that it was able to accommodate 4 people (2x adults, an 8 Yr old, and a 4yr old) - when we got there, it had a double bed, and a single bed only... where was the 4th person intended to stay? I went to reception, who kindly provided a couple of duvets and a pillow and I ended up constructing a makeshift bed out of sofa cushions - not ideal, but they dealt with it in the only way they best could.

I was impressed with the location and that the hotel was on 1 level and spread out! The pool area was a massive area and clean & sparkling! Perfect for a quick refresher after a long flight! Great price for what was offered! Will come back!

The website on Booking dot com & the hotel website listed a shuttle bus from the KLIA 1 to the hotel. I emailed the hotel the day before and asked where do I pick up the shuttle from. Till today, no one has replied to my enquiry! I arrived at KLIA 1 at 5.30pm and I spent over half an hour in the area where the shuttles were located but could not find the Ibis shuttle. I finally called the hotel and was advised that I had missed the shuttle at Terminal 1 and had to catch a Grab/taxi to KLIA2 as the shuttle was there! I was also advised that the next shuttle from KLIA1 to the hotel was at 9pm...which was 3 hours of waiting! Seriously ....please have more information on the website!!!

Great price and only a 10-minute ride from the airport. Beautifully maintained and room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Staff were very obliging and helpful👍👍👍

Unfortunately the Booking.com listing stated there was no free shuttle when we stayed, so we paid for a taxi from the airport (50 MY ringgit for 10-min ride). I mentioned this to the hotel check-in desk and they said they would rectify the listing. Would also be good if the hotel listed the shuttle departure times on B.com & its website, and where to get it at the airport. We've stayed in Ibis Styles hotels in Europe, but this one is in a different category altogether (far superior).

Good location, 5-7 minutes from airport by taxi. Spacious room with everything you need. After check out we could use gym, pool, store our luggage. Big pool was perfect relax before long flight, also posibility to take a shower before flight is good. Lot of posibilities where you can wait for your flight after check out. Late check out until 2pm without aditional payment was nice surprise. You can watch planes after their take off

Slow service in lobby bar, even there are 2-3 waiters with no guests. We needed to ask 3 times for french fries, after that it came unsalted, so we asked for salt and waited another 20 minutes ... i also ordered espresso, which i didn't get. Hotel is situated near take off area, which is little bit noisy during for sleep.
