The hotel is a 5 minute walk from KLIA 2 and is very easy to find. If you are coming from KLIA, you can either take the ekspres train (3 minutes - 2 RM) or the shuttle bus (about 10 minutes - free). The hotel has great facilities and there is a restaurant and bar that's open until 12am, but I think they stop serving food from 11:30pm. The food is a Western / Malaysian mix and the portions are a decent size for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay.

The room (maybe just the doorway area) wasn't soundproof and I could hear people outside my room. I was woken up at 2am by loud shouting and talking, either it was people just checking in or leaving, but they made a lot of noise. There are signs around the hotel asking guests to keep the noise level down as people leave and arrive at all times, but I think this needs to be emphasized more to people arriving or leaving during the night.

Complimentary shuttle service to KLIA. Connected short walkway to KLIA2 where there’s a mall on L4 where eateries open till late. Breakfast is included although limited choices.

Bathroom is very small and shower water pressure is bad for ambient to cool/cold water. No handheld shower head.

Please just update directions to hotel, just a little explanation on where to go when you get off the KLIA transfer bus! There are good signs once in the covered walkway, just need to know how to get to the walkway!!!

For a budget hotel, this was truly exceeded my expectation, the room was nice and clean, there are hot coffee and simple breakfast can be purchased behind the reception counter. the towel and mineral water are provided and there is also WiFi available free for use in room.

Inconvenience for Malaysia Airline travelers who have to walk and take the free shuttle bus with lots of heavy luggage, it took us about 45min to reach there. The sleep was not comfortable because the bed was too soft and the pillow was too hard.

The receptionist really nice, the cleaning lady also nice, because we got lost in our floor, so she teach us to use another lift that are nearly to our rooms. The aircond really cold. Even have turn it off, still cold. They ask us if we want low level or high level room, that's really nice. The breakfast really nice, the ambiance is so calm. The water pressure also good. Just the tv suddenly have no signal, but then,after we report it, they send us maintenance guy to fix it. Overall it's good experience over there.

The parking rate, sooooo expensive. RM46 for one night. Also needed to pay it by cash, since the parking are not hotel property, it's the airport property. I need to send my parents to airport at 230 am, so can you imagine how much i have to pay because after sending them, i need to got another ticket parking. My money really goes to parking ticket only. So please do something about it.

It's far from the city because of its location but we decided to spend a night in city walking and trying street foods, a receptionist girl named Ryatha helped us perfectly with every things including places,routes,online taxi app.... There is an open area in the middle of property which could be used to sit and enjoy the day light ,drinks and cigarets if your up to. After all I believe I will choose to stay at Tune hotel for my next connection flight.

Not hotel's fault but around 4 A.M 2 chineese children were playing in the hall way which my room was located there and I couldn't sleep until 7 A.M because of them.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It's very close to the airport so I could walk. I showed up at 4am and was still able to check in. The bed was good, the bathroom was clean. I was really comfortable.

It was really confusing to me about the terminals and it took me a very ling time to find someone who could tell me I needed to take the airport shuttle to the other terminal to get to the hotel. Also, I booked through booking.com and they had a difficult time finding my reservation.

This hotel is located conveniently next to KLIA2 terminal. The facilities were not bad at all and the lounge bar was very much enjoyed by my friend and I in the evening. Additionally, being so close to KLIA2 meant that we could make use of the plethora of restaurants and shops in the nearby shopping mall. As for the room itself- it was a budget room but had everything you could need.

I thought the air con in the room wasn't amazing and I needed to use a combination of the air con and fan in order to make the room temperature comfortable. It was fine for one night, however.

Staff were amazing. We had a VERY early flight and so they arranged a packed breakfast and coffee to be ready for us to pick up when we checked out at 4am. They also helped us decide how to spend our evening in the city with maps and directions. Really easy to follow signage at the airport. Rooms were quiet, even though we were at the airport.

Our room and the pillows smelled a bit musty/damp. But I have a super sensitive nose so perhaps others wouldn't notice it.

For a simple airport hotel it was fine. Basic, small rooms but clean and tidy. Walking distance to T2 (T1 requires a transfer bus) and the attached shopping mall. The 10 min walk was covered the whole way which is handy if raining. Considering proximity to airport it was nice and quiet.

Safe didn't work Lumpy pillows Biggest disappointment was the packed breakfast - cold eggs, beans and sausage. Cold tea. They had clearly been left out on the desk for a long time. Really horrid. Overall I'd return if I had an early flight again but would avoid breakfast.
