All the staff I've encountered are all great and friendly! Amazing customer service. Room is very clean and big, bed is comfortable. Pool and gym were both pleasant. There was a wide spread of different types of food at breakfast too. It is near a huge shopping mall so there's a lot of options for food. The room service meals were great as well!

The TV in the room doesn't have Netflix, only channels were available. Nothing else that I didn't like! everything was great. The only thing is that there's nothing much to do in Klang so getting a GrabTaxi can be quite hard at certain times or public holidays.

The room is very large.

The teabags and coffee are supposed to put in the box. It is unhygienic. Others items like toothbrush and toiletries are stored in the nice bamboo box. Why can't consumables items aren't in the box? Secondly which is more important is the quality of water in the bottle. It is disgusting. Need to check the chemical and microbiological parameters of the water. It smells like it contains bleach. I would be very happy if you are able to analyze the water in the water bottle for the guests in the room and revert to me at [email protected]

We had a wonderful 2nights stay at the Loft. The morning sunrise view is fantastic. The owner was also very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and needed a place to park our car before crossing over to Singapore. We were very thankful to the owner for helping us to find a place to temporarily park our car. Check-in is a breeze and security is excellent. Facilities are up to expectation. There is also a huge food court just right opposite the property!

Modern, stylish, clean and with plenty of amenities. Swimming pool is clean and has a great view of the surrounding area. Nice bright air conditioned gym with decent equipment. Location was close to some family, so convenient for us. The mall is very close to the hotel

Nothing really. Excellent value, everything was clean and efficient.

Brand new hotel still very clean with spacious lobby and rooms. The convenience of having a mall just across the street is excellent. The mall is big that you could get anything there. Got many restaurants inside too. Bed is comfy. Like most new hotels socket comes with USB outlet which is convenient. I also like they got a small desk for me to work and a nice sofa to watch TV .

Elevator broke down . All 6 of them ! Unheard of . First time I experienced hotel got elevator broke down. Brand new hotel too . Couldn't fix it fast enough that the engingeer and security staff take guests to use service elevators to go up and down. And the front desk probably unplug or mute the phone , we tried to call down the lobby to ask when could use the lift. No answer. We went down using service elevator and see 3 front desk staff at the reception and phone not ringing 😑 how thoughtful of not answering guests calls. And it is a Marriott hotel ! The walk bridge to the nearby hotel is completed. But couldn't use it. Have sign saying in progress. Probably the permit haven't granted yet ? Hopefully would be done the next time I am back.

We are among their first customers, been there on their 2nd day of operation. So everything was exceptionally clean, modern-minimalist furnitures, attentive customer services, good food and ambience. Parking was easily accessible from the lobby and it's free (take the parking ticket instead of using tngo). Many place available for discussion/meetings/meet-up. Suitable for business/work related trips, solo traveller and couples. Nearby to mall and convention center (walking distance, right to the mall's north entrance). During my stay, an elevated (covered) walkway from hotel to the mall was still in progress, soon it will be more convenient.

No valet service for parking. Maybe because they are still very new, their security staff is not well informed on the hotel's facilities/service, and have limited english/bahasa understanding. Not much help from them, instead you need to liaise with the front desk/hotel staffs for any asistance/info. Swimming pool is still not functioning at the time of our stay. But overall, it is a good hotel. Thumbs up!

Only thing requiring improvement is the road crossing to the Convention Centre from the front of the hotel. There is a raised portion which you think is a pedestrian crossing - not so - Malaysian drivers will show no hesitation in driving at you. Beware.

Clean, new and modern room. It's also quite with goodsound proof. Staff is very attentive to our need. We requested for a late checkout and they have no issue for it. Location is also very convenient just a walk away from Setia City Mall and closed to conference centre and NIH.

The pillow is too soft, it doesn't support the neck. I hate the bidet, i wish they had a waterhose connected to toilet bowl,easier for cleaning since we are Malaysian. We use hose all the time. We also took the breakfast...good choice of coffee but the continental breakfast taste a bit bland to be honest and limited spread considering it's Marriot hotel. TV channel also very limited.

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel this year. My 1st was in Jan 24 and I was impressed by the good service and cleanliness as well as the amenities at the hotel. Food and shopping are easily accessible at Setia Mall by a link bridge and I will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Shah Alam.

Everything new (hope Management will maintain the quality over time), cozy environment and convenient location for pickup/shuttle

So far nothing but the hotel room floor really need to sweep properly. I am a regular traveler and I took my own dust mop with me, for my stay, I had to mop 3 times to get rid of all the hairs and dust (open area in room, not under the bed/cabinet)
