Family house converted into guesthouse with 4 separate rooms. All new, renovated and super clean. Shared fully equipped luxury kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, shared bathroom and toilet, summer terrace and balcony with seating. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Both the entrance to the house and the individual rooms are equipped with electronic number locks, which the owner will provide shortly before arrival. The owner is very helpful and solves eventual problems operatively. It takes only 12 minutes to walk from the house to the airport terminal.

The guesthouse is located approx. 400m from the runway of Luqa Airport, so the place is naturally overloaded by the noise of landing and taking-off planes. Considering the location far from the main beaches and turist attractions (except for Tarxien Temple), it is probably not an ideal place for a week's stay, but for a short stay due to an early morning flight, it is absolutely ideal and perfect deal. The fan in the common kitchen is insufficient, it is very hot there. It would be worth considering installation of an air conditioner there.

The ground floor of this private house has one guest room and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are three guest rooms, one of which (the King Room) has only a private bathroom. The other 3 rooms have to use the shared bathroom on the ground floor. I stayed in the upstairs room, which didn't have a toilet or shower, but it didn't matter as I was alone for the whole stay and felt very luxurious - the whole downstairs common room was all mine 😊. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and modern appliances. It was the first time I saw a kitchen tap where both drinking and washing water came from separate taps. Overall, the whole accommodation is nice and very clean. Wifi worked well. On leaving early in the morning, I was very happy that I chose this hotel. The airport is a 10 min walk away and the road is well lit in the dark.

Politeness of the owner Anabelle and her nice staff. She was very helpful when I asked for tips in the area for shopping and the locations I needed to visit, but couldn’t find on the map. Also, she helped me to check out last from the guests because I had to finish my online work, that was breaking the limit of 10 am. It was really considerate from her to support me on my personal matters. She was constantly available for other guests as well and very helpful. I liked the cleanliness. The accommodation is immaculate, perfectly clean. The place is checked throughout the day. Nice common area and kitchen if you are coming with a group, or family and planning to rent out the whole place for yourself. Cute terraces to watch a beautiful sunset.

Sharing bathroom (my mistake I didn’t notice it on the booking option). It is loud (vicinity of the airport) plus you could hear everyone in the hall. I couldn’t have any good sleep, I left the place unrested. It is good to book it for short, if you need to stay close to airport. The price comparing to the whole experience is high.

Nice new apartment in 10 minutes walking distance to the airport. The host, Annabel, was exceptionally helpful, allowing us to leave the luggage in the apartment well before check-in (we went to the beach and returned to the apartment in the evening). Cozy rooms are new, with huge spaces (lounge, kitchen, balcony) common with other rooms. Village itself is really charming, old maltese village far from tourist crowds.

It is within walking distance to the airport, so expect a noisier ambience due to starting and landing airplanes. Neverthelses, proximity to the airport is huge plus espcially if your flight is early in the morning

Everything was great. The owners were really nice and everything was soooo clean, really amazing. We were there for one night, and we explicitly searched for a stay near the airport, and that is exactly what we got. Just bear in mind that in our eyes, the advantage of this guesthouse was the proximity of the airport-thus, you can hear the planes landing and taking off.

I Didn't mind but Because is close TO Airport U will Hear Aircraft Landing until 11 pm but night quiet and Relaxing.

The hosts were absolutely fantastic. We arrived really early and they were so accommodating which was so appreciated. The location was brilliant as we had a 6.30am flight so super close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Far out from the cities in a newly established area so not handy unless you need to be close to the airport or south of the island

I got the details regarding the self-checkin late, so I was not aware that there was no one opening when I arrived. I called the owner however and she was very helpfull. I will stay there one more nigth during my stay at Malta and Im looking forward to it.
