Greate location, fantastic view, very polite and helpful staff cosy and clean. Also provides a gym, a small pool and jacuzzi with no extra charges.

In the photo found using "Booking" App, there were photos of a pool (in the shape of a cross) that was not actually in the hotel. It was an adjacent pool service for which we had to pay 50 euros per person for a full day (more on a weekend). That was slightly misleading.

In 2023, on our first visit to Malta, we were accommodated in Alavits Hotel by ST Hotels, where all the accommodation conditions were absolutely exceptional. It was then that we found out that there is an entire network of ST hotels, in 2024 we returned to Malta and of course we chose to stay at Bayview Hotel by ST Hotels. We were not disappointed this time either. The hotel is centrally located, where there are many attractions: restaurants, shops, walking area. Swimming pool and beach area directly on the roof of the hotel. Clean and maintained room daily. Reasonable accommodation price. The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful in case of help and information. Thank you for the effort you make to make tourists feel good and satisfied!

Room was comfortable but could do with some draws/additional clothes storage. There were a couple of shelves and hanging space. Not really enough for a one week stay. Room cleaning was hit and miss, some days they didn't arrive until late afternoon when we were having a siesta so some days we told them not to bother. No drama though. We were on the 6th floor with a sea view. The road is a little noisy but worth it for the view. Could sit there all day watching the world go by. Once the patio doors were closed you couldn't hear the road. Location was good for the ferry to Valletta. Bus stop right outside the hotel which we used a few times. Easy to get around. Breakfast was good, busy but always managed to get a clean table. Staff lovely.

If I had one complaint it would be the lifts. There are only 2 and you could wait quite some time to get one!! Being on the 6th floor we really didn't want to walk it. Other than that all was really good.

Breakfast was great. very good buffet choices. The first room we were given was a little small, but we asked to upgrade to an apartment, as we were staying for 7 days. The apartment was very good. All of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special (Christmas break) There was paid for underground parking near by, but this was Very tight, even though we had a small car, so we asked to use the outdoor parking which was much bigger and less used. We felt very safe there. There were loads of bars and restaurants very near by

It would have been better if there had been more staff on reception at 2pm (Booking in time) as we had been travelling for about 36 hours and it took a long time to check in. Nothing else negative to say!

Excellent location. Breathtaking bay views from the rooftop solarium. Nice room and bathroom decor. Size of the room (very spacious). Tea/coffee & fridge facilities in the room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Airport bus stop was just across the street.

When I first entered the room, I was a bit disappointed with the balcony (no view, just another balcony from the wall in front) and that the only window in the room was the French doors to the balcony. But it actually wasn't bad. The room at the back of the hotel was quieter than the rooms with the sea view. Balcony added some more space. And, I spent most of the time on rooftop anyway.

WOW! It is an amazing hotel with friendly staff and amazing views of Valletta and the Bay. We had an amazing and unexpected surprise in your room when arrived. It was a happy birthday surprise for my Mother. We were shocked by all the balloons, flowers, and a bottle of local Spritz on our bed. Never had this kind greeting from any hotel in the past. Highly recommended for anyone especially when arriving first-time in Malta. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Great breakfast included and access to SPA with Sauna, Jacuzzi, and 2 pools on the roof are free of charge. Also, Valletta is very close and easy to access by boat, also public transport bus stations are right in front of the main entrance of the hotel. Would definitely come back again!

Hotel that I recommend for holiday stays. They organised the taxi to and from the airport. Excellent location, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, very close to the ferries to visit the islands of Gozo & Comino - Blue Lagoon. The breakfast was very good. Simple hotel, but always very clean. I felt at home, the welcome from all the staff was very professional and careful. A great stay for solo travelers, really good value and the rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. The location is excellent, right in front of a bus stop and near the Sliema Ferry. The hotel staff is really friendly and the building itself includes restaurants, bars, pools and a spa. The breakfast is amazing, best one I’ve had at a hotel in Europe, with lots of options and fresh produce.

Everything was amazing, I just wish the hotel would offer amenities like soap and shampoo (the bathrooms only have a liquid soap thing) and also I could hear some noise on the hallways during the night.

All staff were friendly .very smartly dressed and helpful from the minute you arrived.there was something for everyone at breakfast..from continental to full english.tables were cleared promptly and again we were looked after well by lovely polite staff.room and bathroom clean and beds were so comfy too..hotel was clean and cool inside ..bus stop right outside and ferrys 10min walk away ..a choice of bars and good restaurants close to hotel..we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again Thank you Bay view hotel

Would have liked our cups changed in the room and tea and coffee left daily.but after the first day we had to go to reception for some.every day.minor problem but easily solved.

What amazed me most was learning they had specially bought the cake from outside because the restaurant didn’t serve cakes. Their thoughtfulness touched me deeply. They celebrated with me, making me feel so special and appreciated despite being far from home. I want to give a special mention to Bjorn, the barman, who is truly an incredible person. I never expected him to remember me from the night before, but he did. The evening of my birthday, I had visited the bar, and the next morning at breakfast, Bjorn was one of the people who joined in the celebration. His warmth, kindness, and personal attention meant so much to me. Bjorn is the kind of person who brings extra life and joy to any stay—he deserves all the praise in the world! Beyond the food service, the entire team at Bayview Hotel was exceptional. My room was always clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff took such great care of me. They even came to my room to personally check if I needed anything and if everything was to my liking, which made me feel genuinely cared for.
