We were not given attention like the white people most of the time when we need help in the dinning

The setting is gorgeous - very serene. Lovely to sit on the balcony or by the beaches. The staff are very hospitable. Despite being winter season, the place was very lively.

Didn't realise how far it is from a real town - we thought we'd be able to walk to town to experience real Mauritian life.

From the arrival to the stay, everything has been impeccable. The room was beautiful, the view was to die for! The service was perfect, especially the professionalism. The warm welcome and kindness of Mr Kevin, the front desk manager was exceptional. I felt i had a staff member dedicated to me personally. He deserves a bouquet of flowers. May Intercontinental Hotels train their employees using him as a model. My thanks to all the other lovely staff as well.

I believe the beach service has to do a better job in their attention to clientèle. Either more servers or more speed in delivery. Having said this, 10/10 experience.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. Very beautiful, large, clean territory, the staff is incredibly friendly! We booked half-board and were upgraded to full board. Since the territory is large, there is no crowd anywhere, sometimes it felt like the whole beach was just for us! Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty. Also, the atmosphere at the bar is pleasant, there were always some kind of shows, music or dances there in the evenings. The room is very spacious, nice and clean, we really liked it. We will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This resort is beautiful. It’s ideal for all types of customers whether you’re planning to come with your family, friends or on a business trip. The staff are very kind, attentive and customer focused. Kevin has been very helpful to us during our stay - he’s assisted us booking excursions, advised us on activities we can partake in at the resort and has done his utmost to ensure we have the best break. Himanshu kindly helped me organise a three course meal for a special occasion I’d planned via email ahead of the trip. He catered to our requirements and went above and beyond to make it extra special. Thank you to the whole team at Intercontinental for making our stay so wonderful 🙏🏽

I had a wonderful experience at the Intercontinental. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially Ramesh, who was highly accommodating and pleasant. He was always available, constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance, with great food and ambience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius; I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Noble restaurant service was very slow, and it was hard to get attention of the waiters.

I loved everything about IHG Hotel. Highly skilled customer service staff, pleasant, helping, and amazing staff. It's very rare to find !! Staff--- Nikhil Chibber- Reservation department, Rochelle & Emma & Aditi - Receiption, Nigel - sugar island bar, Sudhir & Vishan - Conceiger, Robert, Vasundra, Manoj- Senso restaurant, Chef Suresh - Senso Restaurant. Mahesh - Segala restaurant - ABSOLUTELY AN AMAZING STAFF ! WORTH MENTIONING!! There was one tall & fair gentleman. I think he is British. Had an amazing & great manager kind Personality was so observant, keen abt customer needs & helpful.. woww. Even Shops had so helpful and caring staff. Our stay, food, tours - North & South Mauritius - so well organised ! Full information given.. nothing is hidden. Also , if u r short of Mauritius rupees- money exchange is available at Receiption. Plus ask conceiger for tours and car- they are safe & cheap & in ur budget. Breakfast Buffet is amazing - Mediterranean, Asian Chinese & Indian food available - and they served HOT ... wow!! Restaurants are amazing - sugar island and segala are awesome food restaurants Overall- this is an amazing hotel - just eat relax and thank God for the amazing creation of humanity & Beauty of Beach. !!! ❤️❤️❤️🧿🧿🧿

Beautiful location on the north-west of Mauritius with a great sunset panorama, large rooms, confortable beds, personnel very dedicated and attentive with customers. Also the 4 restaurants offered interesting and diverse culinarry attractions. The hotel has also tennis grounds, pinpong table, beach volleyball, diving and water sports club.

Although the sandy beach and the proprty green areas are great and very well maintained, due to a recent cyclon, the natural pool got rocks and boulders under water that made swimming difficult. Also, the infinity pool is too shallow for swiming.

well maintained beach, rocky mostly but very picturesque and landscaping did justice to the overall landscape available. excellent entertainment in the evenings - live band and singing. good breakfast. wifi was good across the property. as we checked out extremely early and could not have the breakfast, a small packet was prepacked for us, which was a nice gesture.

ants in the room and hair in the bathtub when we checked in - was pointed out to room service and front desk.

He did truly care about our dining experience and the food is absolutely amazing. Make sure to dine in Segalla for an exquisite dining experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius; I will definitely stay there when I come back!
