The staff were extremely friendly and seemed happy to work on the property. Everything was nice and family friendly. The property felt safe as there were two security check points when entering the property.

There were hidden fees, such as having to pay for water at the restaurants. We were charged for multiple bottles of water, however we never saw the actual bottles to compare to what we were being charged. We were required to complete a COVID test prior to departure, while they had onsite testing which was great, however there were no clear instructions on where to go or what to do.

The resort was beautiful! Room was spacious, pools were clean, and amenities were well kept. We could always find a chair and pools were not crowded. Lovely views, nice and helpful staff!

The only thing I can think of is that the food and drinks were a little pricey. Also, you cannot swim at the beach right outside the hotel.

Love the hotel buildings. It is so beautiful and truly represents the beauty of Mexico in one building. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great. In general I had a great traveling experience with this amazing hotel.

1st of all, the Resort is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, with pools fronting the entire property. The breakfast buffet at Tomato's was excellent, and has beautiful views of the surrounding ocean. We were, however, most impressed with the service. My wife and I both commented, how happy the employees of the resort seemed to be serving us...No matter the request, we received service with a smile...this was immediate upon entering the property.

We had dinner at Pitahayas one night, and were not impressed. It wasn't necessarily bad, just did not meet our expectations. Our room did not have any drinking glasses or bottled water other than for coffee...not a big deal, just not sure why. We asked for them, and received immediately, so could have just been an oversight. There is a store on the property, where we bought our bottled water...No ironing board or iron in the room...

We had a fantastic family vacation! it was so beautiful and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly..except for the first 2 days when we needed towels by the pool. They acted like we just needed to accept that there weren’t any. it was the only really frustrating thing about our trip. People need to be warned that they need to ask for towels from the front desk if they arrive in the afternoon and keep them for the next morning. Then you can exchange them as needed when they show up. Sorry to belabor the only negative thing! The place, housekeeping, valet staff, front desk, restaurants were exceptional! The views, beach and so many whales and stingrays were amazing!! Also, getting family pictures was awesome!!

Beautiful property with great swimming beach and ocean access. Staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. Food was great!

We had a beautiful ocean view room with huge patio conveniently located near the pools and restaurants. Our room was directly above the main lobby courtyard and restaurants which start early and end around 10pm (or later for special events). If you or your group need a quiet location or something more private please ensure to ask about proximity to the restaurants and bars. Although we typically travel with ear plugs and were in-resort only a few days our room location might not be enjoyable for all travelers or travelers needing a quiet stay.

The resort was beautiful and the weather was perfect while we were there. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the food and drinks were delicious at every restaurant and bar they had at the property. I would definitely recommend getting their all inclusive package.

We had a small problem with ants but that’s understandable but the jacuzzi bathtub didn’t work and it wouldn’t hold the water so that was a little disappointing.

Great location and love the restaurants. I esp. like the traditional decor, tile, art and feel of this hotel. The majority of the service staff here goes above & beyond. Even the other guests are great to be around.

Oddly enough, the desk reception and concierge is not great at all. They were rude, seemed overwhelmed, and continually under informed us about everything. Not sure why. There was so much opportunity to serve their guests by just being capable and pleasant.

It's a beautiful resort, right next to the ocean. Amazing views of crashing waves on the beach shore. There's plenty to see here. Try to get a room close to the ocean. You won't regret it.

For being such a beautiful place, the food here wasn't good at all. Except for del Cortez. On some occasions, the food was cold. Plus there were lots of flies around the food area. So bring bug repellent.!! As for food pricing and other items, it was pretty expensive.. Its hard to get around the city, since no uber can get in. You have to use their expensive shuttles.
