I liked the pool area, the access to the beach, loved the food and room service option. Loved the servers and other staff, the option of going to the other Pueblo Bonito to enjoy their restaurants

I did not like the size of the room. It was cramped and one bed was too close to the closet that it was impossible to access. It looked different in the pictures online. I wish the room was bigger. A kitchen was unnecessary. No one cooks in an all inclusive hotel The supervisors of the restaurants were not very flexible. They seem to always say no. for example " that table is only for big groups" or "we do not serve in this area" etc.

The property is clean with a wonderful location. 6 min walk to town and places like Cabo Wabo the marina and even Walmart. Walk a few steps you are in the beach, walk a little more and you are at all the talked about beach bars.. Mango Deck The Office etc

Nothing. Don’t let other reviews distract you saying they only had two places to eat if u walk 20 ft you are at their sister hotel with 3 more places to eat and 3 more pools

The service was excellent, the food was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and I really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. The views were spectacular. I loved the sky pool such great views.

I wish there was easy, walkway access getting around the resort. It was a little tricky, using the same paths that the golf carts used, in terms of making sure we were out of the way. The gym was very busy, but I guess this is expected during spring break season. Also, wish I could’ve walked or swim a bit in the ocean, but it’s too dangerous to go out into the water.

Our family stayed at Pueblo Bonito Blanco Los Cabos Beach Resort for a week, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were the highlight of our trip—welcoming, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The resort's location is perfect, right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to their sister properties, which added variety to our stay. The food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to suit all tastes. The property was clean, making us feel safe and relaxed throughout our visit. We highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Blanco for its excellent service, prime location, and unbeatable value. We can’t wait to return!

The only small downside was that the beds weren’t as comfortable as we hoped, but this was a minor issue compared to everything else the resort offers. For the value, this resort exceeded our expectations.

The all-inclusive option exceeded our expectations. It includes alcohol (not top-shelf, but the wine was excellent, and upgrades were reasonably priced) and comes with a convenient bracelet that serves as your room key, allows you to charge anything on the property, and provides access to 24-hour room service and a wide variety of dining options—all seamlessly included in the package, eliminating the need to carry a wallet.

The room was large with a BEAUTIFUL view and full kitchen, pull out bed, separate bedroom with two beds and a small bathroom. However, the beds were verrrry hard and flat and could use a major upgrade. After a few nights it was pretty painful and the pillows didn't help. Also showers could use upgrading as well. Overall for the price, we didn't expect much more - but its a shame because otherwise it would have been quite perfect.

Small, close to town (can walk) . Staff were great especially Benjamin at the buffet. Most of the male staff was awesome. The women were wound tight. Food was good. Cleaning staff and front desk great.

Don’t fall for the “Time Share” Sunset resort. A waste of time. Not honest about it being a sales ploy. The amount of sales people walking on the beach was astronomical. Every 3 seconds someone try’s to get you to buy. They would wake you up while tanning on the beach. The resort has ripped off area, but it made the beach annoying. Wish hotel staff can do more about that…especially when we are there with young kids.

The property is near the beach and it makes it unique. It is not too big, is comfortable, it was our second time there, we love the flamencos, beautiful creatures that were saved during the hurricane. Yes, the hurricane did a lot of damage, but we were witnesses of how the staff did there best for us to be good. Our special thanks to Adrian at the reception, very helpful, attentive, pleasant to talk, and resolving our issues. I felt bad and he called for a doctor, in two days I was ok. Also to Ana Maria, reception. Ricardo at the restaurant area. Javier at the restaurant. And many many others.

You know, I am smoking. And understand and obey the rules. But this time the smoking place was reduced to the only one, outside. It would be good to think about all, and make more special places to smoke that are not bothering the other guests.

This Older building has a ton of character. Great Mexican architecture- the grounds are beautiful and nicely laid out. Great views of the bay from the upper floors. Living room / suite is spacious. Amazing a la carte dinner at Cilantros and breakfast at Paloma’s - (did not try the buffet) great selection of tequilas and Mezcals included. Beautiful live flamingos 🦩 in the pond. 2 minute walk from the room to swim in the ocean. Exploring the 2 sister resorts was fun. No problem finding 2 Lounge chairs around the pool or on the beach.

The bedroom layout may cause claustrophobia- trying to jam two large beds into one small bedroom makes it hard to move around and even put your luggage away. Also, If you sit on a lounge chair closest to the ocean, you will get absolutely hammered with beach vendors- you will not be able to relax, read or have a conversation with the person next to you without being constantly interrupted… It’s like listening to your favorite jazz album and every 10 seconds there is popup ad for Mexican trinkets.

This resort offered a beautiful vacation in that the location was brilliant, the staff were plentiful, attentive, and so friendly, and the food was amazing! They take care of your every need. The grounds are spotless. The beach and view are incredible!

This wasn’t so much a “didn’t like” as much as a note for improvement. The beds could use upgrading and the rooms were not what I would describe as luxurious. But, everything was spotless and there was wonderful space in the room with a kitchenette, sitting area, and balcony.
