The room was well appointed and nicely kept up. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower hot. There were 12 foot ceilings and a lovely carved headboard and mirrors. The white tiled areas had dolphin trim tiles. The room had a coffee maker with really good coffee. It was really quiet. Good wi-fi. Both reception and housekeeping were helpful. Parking was good. The dog could run in the courtyard. The gate was locked from 8-8 at night and we felt really safe. (We had a key.)

There seem to be several dogs living on the property. Two of them bit my dog. No harm done but scary.

Nothing to dislike. Slightly far from city center but it’s only a 10min walk. Not worth counting as a negative.

Very friendly staff, they were helpful when I arrived before check-in time and friendly when I met the staff when I was walking around in central town. The room was very spacious, and both room and the facilities in general were clean. If you come with car, there's plenty of parking space within the gates.

It's not that anything was bad, but I missed a little having like a lounge or patio for socialisation outside of the hotel room.

Spacious room with master bed and tastefully decorated. The property grounds are well maintained and the staff is wonderful! Plenty of room to relax. I love that the property is gated so you know that you and your vehicle are safe. Plenty of room for our dog to walk around in the room and outside. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

We were a little confused when we pulled up because we were looking for the building in the pictures. The street side has the name and the gates. The beautiful building is inside the courtyard. Don’t worry, you’re in the right place.

Good location; not on the beach but directly across from a gas station which was a higher priority at the time! The hotel had gated entry to the parking area which was locked overnight, so we felt safe leaving our fully-loaded car there.

Had some issues with the water. Went to take a shower after dinner and there was no water. Messaged the front desk and they rectified the problem. Unfortunately it returned later.

Very clean, safe with helpful staff. It was nice to have a gated place to park inside the compound and a person on the gate. Purified water available in the hallways was a plus.

Good area with a 15 min walk to the malecon and a 5 min walk to the main commercial street with restaurants and services.

The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful, I was trying to find the hotel and she sent me a pin to help me get there, she was also very friendly. The hotel is pet friendly, but there is a small charge per pet. The property is very secure.

We liked the hotel's location, a little outside of the tourist / gringo area. Secure parking was a nice touch. Friendly reception staff. Not too much in terms of amenities, but it was perfect for our needs for a one-night stay on the way down through BCS.

Staff was very accommodating allowing myself and a friend to store large bicycle bags for three weeks while out touring. Facilities were clean, comfortable and the WiFi worked better than any I had elsewhere along our bike tour.

Everything was great. The room and décor was stylish. The bed comfortable. Everything was clean without smelling like Fabuloso, which seems to be the favorite cleaning product in Baja but leaves the floor sticky and the room smelly. Our room at the Angra was fresh and clean smelling and the floor was clean and not sticky. Anna, our hostess was super! She even lent us her wine bottle opener as we had forgotten ours. We are looking forward to staying at the Angra again in October when we return.
