The pool is very nice and clean. Nice comfortable beds, pillows are still too hard, but they are getting a bit softer through time. Milo ( door man) is top notch and is always friendly to us! He is a wonderful representative for the Grand Hotel Tijuana! The Plaza breakfast and dinner options are great. Everyone is very nice here. They have great hot water!! We just love this hotel, we just keep coming back time and time again.

The MUSIC being played at the pool was WAY TOO LOUD! The first day we went to the pool we ended up leaving because we could not relax and read our books. The next time we realized it was not another customer it was the hotel staff. Had to speak to management to get them to turn it down (off preferred) so we could enjoy the pool for a while. The other 2 people out there agreed it was TOO LOUD and they were THANKFUL we had spoke to management to get it shut off.

Nice hotel the pool was nice and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was good. The customer service was excellent except for a few girls at the reception desk.

The room was basic had a strong paint smell the beds was uncomfortable the TVs need an upgrade some that have streaming service. The parking is not free every time you leave you have to pay 20 pesos or $1 USD but you need the parking ticket stamped at the reception desk to get that price if not you will have to pay full price.

Hotel, pool. Jacuzzi, bar, great value. Restaurant is ok. Service great ! Prices are in line with the finer hotels. But the rooms are a great value. Very happy with Grand.

They don't have a ball busting chef in charge. The drinks in the new elegant expensive bar are great. But the rest is amateur hour. They need to fire some people and hire better in thst area.

The room has a beautiful view of the city and part of the golf course. The location of the hotel is fantastic. I loved the pool area and jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing day. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I did not like being stopped at the lobby elevators and having our shopping bags checked for alcohol. We had 2 cans of drinks that were not allowed up into our room. This is very disappointing considering we purchased room service several times throughout the day and only purchased outside items not available in the hotel. I did not like that in the bathroom of our room you could hear the plumbing day and night a constant knocking sound.

The Breakfast we bought was just average (buffet).The rooms are clean for the most part bathrooms are always clean it’s nice and quiet. I have stayed here 6 times already. And I will keep on coming back as long as I’m satisfied with service.I feel my car is safe in the parking lot. Staff is really good! They treat you right. We ordered room service and that food was pretty good.

They start using vacuums too early. When you get a room by the street the noise is sometimes a little bit too much.

The service at the entrance we had a hard time getting in the parking garage due to the car been tall it too big, we had to back up a couple times and had to walk from the outside garage to the hotel , No body come out to help us or come to pick us up, and on my reservation breakfast was included and we end up paying ,

I loved the hotel common areas, the bedrooms were spacious and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Having had recent shoulder surgery I was unable to do many things for myself amd the hotel staff stepped up above and beyond what I could have hoped for to assist me. The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area. I couldn't have made a better choice.

I didn't like that so many of the food items had cheese and dairy products on them. No consideration is shown to people who are lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy or whom are Jewish and cannot mix meat and dairy together. Cheese and other dairy products should be on the side so people who want it can use it while those who don't can opt out of its use.

the location was great within walking distance to lots of restaurants and plazas near by. they have a great breakfast brunch and the food was delicious. the room it self had a great view, spacious and comfortable beds.

Random room checks in the afternoon which I thought was very odd, they just open the door… you can hear people in the hallway and upstairs.

They took a deposit from my account tried Multiple time calling to find out why it taking so long to reflect they advised me to reach out to the bank I did and my bank stated it not yet showing on there end I called back again and there customer service is the worst they transfer u over and over again and the are full off attitude the place u on hold without your knowledge then transfer u to someone else which don’t have any idea what u talking about and there attitude is really bad

clean room. nice amenities. close to restaurants and golf course. room was as described

1) I was given the wrong key on first check in 2) I was given the key to a room that had guests already checked in and I walked in on a child watching tv by himself in his underwear: he was terrified…second attempt at checking in 3) I was given a tv remote that didn’t function. room service responded with another remote…unfortunately it didn’t work either. our room a little louder than we had hoped for. the hallways is very busy and you can hear everything outside the door very clear
