Very nice hotel with a fantastic view and lovely staff. It is a kind of resort and the rooms are spread across the hillside, what you should know, if you have any kind of problems with walking. They drive you to your room by car, but the superior rooms with the fantastic canyon view can only be reached via steps. Breakfast is very rich. Tours can be booked at the reception. The staff is very friendly and keen to answer every question and support whenever they can.

WiFi only near to reception and restaurant - in my room I could use the one from the hotel in the neighbourhood ...

Breakfast was included and very good. Rooms were separate cabins that provided better isolation from other guests. The hotel grounds were extensive and very good. We did not use the facilities , but we walked around a saw that they were clean and in good condition.

Internet to cabins was not available and failed at the lobby one day. But, we met a guest that was there to upgrade the internet to Satellite (Starlink) that would be available to each cabin.

I had a large and attractive room where I could sit outside in a comfortable chair. There was a restaurant on the property serving a good selection of food. The location is peaceful and the building is attractive. I got good service and was able to take some enjoyable walks right from the property.

It would have been nice to be a little closer to a bus stop. I would have enjoyed prompter service at dinner when they were busy.

There is so much to enjoy. The staff was hands-on with all your questions and needs. Exceptional view of the Canyon. Breakfast and dinners were tailored for each of us in our party to perfection. In the dining hall, there is always a warm fire to cozy up to.

The best rooms with the most spectacular views were a few flights up, but I did enjoy the exercise..

The room was very spacious and comfortable with outstanding views. The staff went out of their way to please us. The meals were delicious with great service. Victor and Arianna were outstanding hosts.

The manager did an exceptional job of seeing that all our needs were taken care of. Our room had a gas heater which kept us cozy at night. We enjoyed the freedom of sitting on the bar verandah with a nice view or later afternoon in the dining room with a fire. Lovely views of the canyon only five to seven minutes walk. Courtesy one hour walk fantastic. Free pick up and drop off from El Divisidero Station 🚉 Enjoyed the three course evening dinners.

Beautiful location, pretty hotel

Some staff was very friendly but another’s no too much, no chairs to enjoy the view from the balcony, no coffee maker, you have to ask for it, we was 4 persons and was only 1 kit a day

Beautiful hotel, lovely location, warm jacuzzi pool, big room studio type with table, sofa, hot shower. Complimentary entry to the adventure park, transfer option to train stop in Barrancas. Staff was great, very kind and helpful

All was great, but If the big pool could be warmer that would be cherry on the cake

location was good for hikes and viewing the sunrise and for birding.

March is cooler do prepare for weather. Birding was poor during the winter season. The pool is not useable in Winter.

Though we didn't have a view the location of this property was really good. It was an easy walk to the rim of the canyon. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
