My stay at Casa Don Pascual was great! The room was comfortable, the property was well maintained and beautiful to walk around in the morning. The staff were amazing! Carla and Alfonso had great recommendations and helped my group and I navigate the city. I don’t think my impromptu trip would have been as smooth without the help of Carla and Alfonso.

It is a beautiful Boutique hotel. If you don't mind the climb up hills or taking a taxi it's fabulous.

I would have liked that the pool was heated. It was very difficult to get in even though the weather was warm enough. Also, the hot tub is not very hot. It wouldn't go above 21 degrees. A small coffee pot in the room would be nice too.

Beautiful Mexican art, a lot of care has gone into making the place feel special. Encouraged to feel like it was home. Nice sheets.

Location is fine for driving and taxis but on the fringe of the city for walking

Casa Don Pasquale was one of the best stays we've had. When we arrived we were welcomed by Eric, who lets us choose which room we want. The place is beautiful, like a museum, with a a lot of common areas, a swimming pool (a bit cold but so was the weather...), a warm Jakuzzi (but you need to warm it upfront). There is a little garden, a library, such a dream, we can't get over it. To get from the house to the city center you need to walk 15 minutes down (and then up - with Taxi or Uber), or they order a Taxi for you. The city is beautiful, but the hotel was better - we spend some days NOT LEAVING IT, but relaxing... They even did my laundry for me at a small charge, and in some days where we were alone they gave us full freedom to use the kitchen, so we cooked for ourselves from products we bought in the market. Such a gorgeous place. Very recommended.

The internet never worked inside the room, or it was extremely slow, so when we wanted to stream or make zoom we needed to be in the living room. But honestly, I don't care...:)

Staff and management are the best!

When you arrive the manager will tell you, this is your home. This is perfectly true if your home is beautifully decorated, filled with art and antiques and a kind and gracious staff. Otherwise, you may feel you have discovered an oasis of natural beauty, peace and tranquility as you sit beside the pool and watch the birds circle and dip. Nicest place I’ve ever stayed, I can’t wait to go back.

the atmosphere was fantastic, it is truly traditional house with national identity and authentic decorations. Our room was perfect, spacious and bright:)

it’s a little bit far from the city center and there is on the top of the hill. we are strong people but even for us it was like a challenge to come back to the casa after walking:)
