Location is good and the apartment is modern, but with some details not so great

I rented this space for the outside area ( that had nothing to do with the pictures), from the two terraces any of them had a table or even a single chair, I wonder how can people enjoy that space without that kind of accommodations. One of the terraces was nothing more than dust and old herbs.

Nice spacious place

The kitchen was not fully equipped, we had to ask for silverware. The trash can didn’t have a bag. Ike of the bathroom was missing toilet paper.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, funtional and comfy.. Location is awesome if you're driving. Staff friendly and the sunset pictures are insanely beautiful.

We couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on, so it was a bit chilly.

I enjoyed the location, the rooms (bed and shower), and the pool!

The living room smelled a hint of paint, and I couldn't connect to my Netflix account :/

I like the place but I did not receive what I had payed for. I have booked a "house" with 4 bedrooms, by the time I checked in, I payed for it. But when I arrived to the house, I realized it had just 2 bedrooms and a sofa. I talked with the people at the reception and they said it was what Booking had sent and that it was a problem with the app.

If you ask, then insist, you may get what you booked. Then, the facilities are great and have the potential for a great experience.

The offered service policies, by design, are fraudulent. They will give you less of what you booked. Then, they will offer you a better option for a price upgrade.

Location to centro, the space and furnishings.

There is NO heat, NO space heaters, and the materials used make the space frigid. If you do not like to be in the cold don’t go in the winter. The staff was NOT accommodating. The last 2 days we had no hot water.

- The property is new, clean, safe, quiet and functional. To begin with, it is what you need, especially if you come with small children. - The hotel is in a residential area built in the neo-colonial style. It has two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, wide avenues for walking, a gym, and a restaurant, among other services typical of a four-star hotel. - The villas are new and little used. They are spacious. The TV system, AC, and Wi-Fi work very well. The kitchen has all the basics except for some things, such as a wine opener, garbage bags and napkins. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

- Although the hotel has excellent design and an attractive villa concept, that doesn't translate to a pleasant upscale experience. The most severe problems this hotel faces are its staff, policies, and treatment of its guests. - What makes the difference in tourism, as in almost any other type of people-focused business, is the attention to detail and the brand's interest in being flexible and eager to walk the "extra mile". Unfortunately, attention to detail is not crucial in this property. Neither is the customer experience. Some examples: 1. There are two entrance gates to the residential area: one for residents and one for hotel guests. The one for the hotel is not well marked, and there is rarely any staff around. This means you have to negotiate with the security of the residential gate to be let in. The main entrance has card readers, but they do not work for hotel cards. 2. The staff at the front desk is very unfriendly. When you arrive, no one says, "Welcome, thank you for being here". They do not provide any information about the amenities or how the hotel works. It seems that the only thing they care about is getting paid. 3. They are super inflexible in their policies. We arrived an hour before the official check-in. Although we were with 3 children, including a baby, they made us wait until 15 o'clock on the dot to give us the key, without offering any temporary solution or something "extra". Of course, what you most want to hear after several hours of driving in the car when you arrive at a hotel is, "This is the policy. You have to wait". When I complained. The lady at the reception desk snarked at me, saying: "Other people are waiting as well". 4. At check-in, when I asked for a villa closest to the pool area, I was told it was not an option.
