The wifi was excellent for working online from my room which was my main concern. The location is near the zocalo, stores, restaurants and sea. They cleaned everyday my room You could turn on the AC whenever you wanted to. Hot proper shower
it was kind of dark in the room, would be good to change the light to a stronger one. I found twice a centipede in the room. No single bed room for a solo-traveller.

Easy check-in, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful (front desk and room service always smiling and willing to help), very clean, comfortable beds, excellent wifi, and the TV has Netflix. It's close to Zocalo, La Quebrada, and the port to take the ferry over to Isla Roqueta. Only a short bus ride away from any of the other beaches. Hotel actually surpassed my expectations. Good vibe all around.
Hate to complain, but the hotel hosted a party until 430 am and I had to be up at 6 am so I only got an hour of sleep before having to hit the road which is less than ideal. Other than that everything was perfect.

The rooftop pool is great, the hotel has a good location and the rooms are affordable.
The room was very dark even with opened window-blinds and light on. There was constantly noise, especially in late evenings (after 10pm through the early night). Glas window in the bathroom could not be closed so every noise and the heat would always enter.

The hotel and rooms are clean. Towels and bed linen are cleaned and changed every day.
There were not even water glasses in the room. We had to buy them. The hotel has no place to drink coffee, so in the morning you need to go to the nearest supermarket or cafe. The hotel does not care about the night colm. If someone is playing billiards on the ground floor at night or having an alcoholic party by the pool, you will not be able to sleep because there is no sound insulation. The Internet is very bad and not designed for the number of people. There was plenty of space for things, but there were only 3 thin hangers. Very summed up the transfer from the hotel to the bus station at night. We showed our tickets, where the station is indicated, and we were brought to a completely different one. We had to take another taxi ourselves and pay the money again. We almost missed our bus and flight. We wrote about it to the owner, but he answered only 5 days later and shifted all the blame on us and his driver. This further spoiled the impression of living.
