Location was just a few short blocks from the middle of the Malecon, so it was very convenient. Even though the loudest nightclubs are a short walk away, I couldn't hear them. I really liked that it was so close to everything yet quiet. I didn't hear throbbing bass, banda music, roosters, screaming monkeys, or the neighbors.

The only bothersome thing was that it appeared the keys they had made for the main gate were from the wrong type of key blank. So there's no way to open the gate if you insert the key all the way in. I tried two of their keys and they had others that all looked the same. The host had to show me how far to insert the key and how to wiggle it just right to unlock the gate. So if you're really drunk at 2 a.m., you might be sleeping on the steps outside your hotel. :-D

We had the deluxe ocean view room on the top floor that had a truly incredible view and within easy walking distance of the malecon area, which was our favorite area. Very spacious room with a huge bed and large roof top patio to enjoy the sunsets, perfect place really. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

No one ever came to clean the room.

The place is in desperate need of some tlc, outdoor seating is shabby, rooms need an upgrade and literally hundreds of dying plants on the terrace, I tried my best to water some of them! With a little care and a lick of paint it could be much better.

if you are looking for a superb location and a place where to sleep without the noise of the city center, go here! room condition excellent, bathroom which is very important (it gives you the image of the place) well maintained and very very cleaned, extra plus amenities and towels! Sleeping bed perfect! All workers are polite and ready to help with your questions! Wifi works great! an other gem of this place is the terrace, wow what great views and sunsets, buy some beers and seat there and enjoy the view!

The location was excellent: in the center of the city yet very quiet. Great terraces for relaxing and watching the sea. Comfortable room with good storage and a/c. Friendly staff.

There were some plumbing problems during my stay. The kitchen facilities need attention (which I'm sure will happen when fully running after the pandemic wanes).

(1) The two-day cleaning policy because of COVID was kind of weird. Although everything was very clean but… making the bed or thing like that would be appreciated it when going to vacation

Great location and beautiful view of the old town from the patios. Staff was super friendly and held our bags for us before and after our short stay. Less than 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Tons of restaurants nearby and close to the stairs up to Mirador el Cerro de la Cruz (which is worth the climb for another beautiful view of the city).

The location was great minutes from the beach and Malecon. The bed was big and comfortable and the ocean view awesome.

The cleaning could of been a bit better, there was some toothpaste splatters on the wall behind the sinks, and the towels are "white" they where clean but a bit dingy.

I really loved this boutique hotel. Lovely big room, terrace with amazing views over the ocean. Perfect location, away from the noise but only around 10 min walk to zona romantica. I wish I had booked my whole PV stay at this hotel.

the staff was very friendly to me and my boyfriend! thank you guys. They gave us I think the best room we could get, the last one on the top , the view was amazing, and we had the rooftop for ourselves!!

a lot of stairs! but again, the staff helped us with the luggages so that was very nice
