East walking distance to city square central. Appreciated having secured parking on site. Friendly owner & manager on site.

Gate door was locked when we got there. Luckily someone came out of building within 19 minutes & gave us the manager in site’s phone#. It would be easier if the booking.com site explained that you had to phone (& provide clients with the phone# ahead of time) when you arrived; to check in.

This exceeded our expectations! It was very clean. On a warm day, they had the air conditioning units running to keep the apartment cool. Very modern appliances, nice bath towels, comfortable bed. And excellent location ... short walk to the plaza where everything is happening. Security gates that meant off-street parking your car there was safe and secure. It is not a hotel do don't expect nightly room service, etc. But it is excellent for the value and we will be going there again!

Climbing to the third floor (no elevator). For older, out of shape people, it was a little difficult. They do have daily rentals on lower floors that you might be able to request.

Bed are super comfortable, air conditioning was super cold, water was hot and kitchen was very useful with pots and pans, blender and coffee maker.

I like to wash my undergarments and socks before we travel back but the washing area was moldy. I had to scrub it because I could use it.

No breakfast here as it is an apartment, a good location. Miscommunication on arrival when trying to get the keys, i arrived at 7 am and was told to return at 3 pm. it was 35deg and I had my luggage and nowhere to go. I did write them saying I would arrive at this time and they answered that would be ok however no one came.. other than that, great property and would recommend it.

it would be better if I didn't have to ask them to clean the apartment, thats, 's not my responsibility to tell the staff their job. I had an extended stay, if the housekeeper came twice a week to clean the bathroom and change the sheets that would be great.

Very clean, comfortable, and safe.

The only thing I can think of that might be normal in the area was the Palmolive soap packets in the shower to wash your hair. Worked fine, but I associate Palmolive with dish washing soap :) That's it. Great place.

The location was great, the apartment was very clean. It was basic, but comfortable. Overall, it was a very nice stay. The enclosed parking was a big plus!

Really, the only thing that was less than wonderful, was that there was only about 5 minutes of hot water per day. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

beds were comfortable. liked the refrigerator and table to sit at. Location was good with only a 5 /6 minute walk to the plaza area.

more hot water, very lmtd with 3 adults. Sofa bed was very firm

apartment is very very close to the center of Tequila. Ideal for a short stay. Don't miss the typical tour on Tequila buses and visit to Los Gueros Cantaritos.

a night light in both rooms was missing, that is quite strange and not confortable

Excellent value for the money. Updated, very clean and comfortable, close walking distance to the plaza but very quiet, locked parking for your car with an automatic gate.

We were there for just one night but for a longer stay you might want to bring some things. There was 1 clothes hanger for the 2 bedrooms, no sharp knives, cooking pans looked a little sparse, but enough dishes for 4 people. Overall we still rate as excellent value for the money.

I would recommend this location. Brought my grandmother with me and they willing accommodated the change of floors. Super friendly and the neighborhood was safe.
