The room and bathroom were spotless. The room was well-equipped and included a minifridge and a fan. Hot water almost instantly in the shower. Convenient access with a key card. A desk with enough space for a laptop and a chair. A 24-hours convenience store about 20 steps away with an ATM. Right in the middle of the hospital zone.

Too noisy, you can clearly listen into neighbors' rooms, and the administration couldn't care less about people talking and laughing loudly past midnight. You can hear everyone closing their doors, and there are numerous comings and goings in the early morning, since many of the guests have things to do at the hospitals. The mattress was far too firm for my liking. No hairdryer. No parking. Payment only in cash. Slow check-in process.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I thought being so close to the hospital it was going to have some downside to it. It was so nice and clean. Very quiet. Staff was so nice and helped us with any question or direction we had. It was also a bonus to have a 7-Eleven right beside it open 24 hours. We accidentally left a bag behind when we left and when we went back to get it an hour later they had it there waiting for us. It was my fist time staying in mexico with cause my husband was in the hospital there and this was right in front of his hospital (Institute of Nutrition). Very convenient location with lots of food venders in the morning and taco stands at night.

It had no elevator. We had to walk up the 4 flights of stairs. I had a 3 year old and I have a bad knee.

An incredible value, especially for me on a weekend when Mexico City hotels were nearly fully booked. Advised by other reviewers, I brought cash to pay for my stay and had no problems. The rooms are small and close to one another, but they offer a clean place to rest your head, solid wi-fi, a warm shower (remove the drain cover first!), and cabinets for your clothes. Walls were thin, but other guests were inaudible unless walking by in the hall/stairwell. A solid, no-frills option at a very good price. There's a taxi stand just down the street at the hospital as well as further on in the same direction.

Location is inconvenient, unless you are visiting Tlalpan or the hospital district. Don't expect a huge room or a soft bed.

The location is perfect for those who are planning to explore the south side of Mexico City. Also, it is surrounded by many restaurants, coffeee shops and even pharmacies in case of an emergency.

I had to pay with cash. Also the bed was like solid rock.
