Super professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great value for money and decent breakfast included.

Lack of power sockets. The bathroom door did not close properly, after shower everything was flooded. The area isn’t the greatest but it is juts 15min ride from the Historical Centre and Mexico City International airport.

The room was as described and what was expected.

There were almost no power sockets, to charge phone we have to use behind the tv and the other in the bathroom. There's no one by the bed and near the bed. One night lamp (although in the ceiling) wasn't working. I couldn't turn on the fan, and there is no a/c.

Room is clean. Shower ok. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Walking distance to Chedraui supermarket and another street market.

Wifi in the room is poor. Have to go lobby for smooth internet. No aircon. But there is a wall fan.

Great hotel if you are on the way to the airport. I stayed here twice. Big spacious rooms, good breakfast. Once we left at 5am and we had the option to grab a coffee at the cafeteria.

The location is not suitable for turisting. Make sure you grab a taxi to go anywhere. Also the internet was not functioning well. Impossible to finish writting an e mail or make a phone call.

The location is close to the bus terminal, the staff, the room and especially that the wifi was good, which is outstanding considering my experience in a few hotels I stayed in the past two weeks. Alma, the lady who prepared my food and cocktails at the restaurant was a delight. She gave me great recommendations and everything was tasty.

Great for location if visiting the Archivo General de la Nación. Close to the airport. Large Chedruai supermarket nearby.

Great breakfast buffet. This place also has snacks/light meals to order. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate anytime. Excellent location, Metrobus 4 stop right in front. Suite room is very big! and big walk-in shower.

Massive room very close to the TAPO bus station. Alberto was very helpful and arranged a bagged breakfast as our bus left before the scheduled breakfast hours.

Room was a bit spartan, not even a chair for the desk, and somewhat expensive.

Good breakfast, around the location is dirty and kind of ware.

Well, the area is kind of noisi, dirty and insecure. But inside the hotel we feel secure. No great options to walk around just Lecumberri museum. NO restaurants options around

Breakfast was simple but nice, location is excelent, we Uber everywhere and it wasn´t expensive. The personel where very nice.

The only real concern we had is that the rooms didn´t have any AC, but we didn´t need it that much, the weather was nice, but maybe in July it will be more necesary.
