The hotel need a renovation the lamps are dirty, the furniture very old, curtain in the shower ripped, no hot water very poor for the price 😢

Staff were kind and very helpful, their disposition was also consistently good. Atmosphere avobe all was chill and safe. We had some trouble with the room keys and received help right away. Conveniently located, nearby big stores, gas stations and at a good distance from the highway connecting Guerrero to Michoacan. Breakfast was ok.

Instalations are old-fashioned and in dire need of renovations, as I said, the staff is nice... however the correlation quality per value falls too short. I found the hotel needlessly overpriced for what it was. Recommended only for a super short stay or for an unavoidable work trip.

It’s pathetic. I didn’t expect such a poor quality from Marriott. It is not even a 2 star hotel. No restaurant facilities, No facilities to have a cup of coffee in room, No fridge. Cleanliness and staff was average. Breakfast was very ordinary.

well. 1. building has mold and sell like mold everywhere. I stayed at many places in Mexico and some places that not even on google or anywhere online 100 times better then this place. I would not pay even $25 dollars a night. 2. we had to change room due to the lack of hot water. during this process, and only when I brought up that we have no hot water (1 day I didn’t even say anything about the water issues, due to the conditions of the hotel I thought hot water doesn’t exist there). so during the water issue they switched the room but maintenance person said come to the reception there is some issues. turns out when I checked in they miscounted and charged me less then supposed to charge me. it was less $100 pesos (5 dollars more less). so for 5 dollars they had me go all upfront pay (no receipt by the way) and then I was able to charge the room so we finally at least had hot water. over all (other then maintenance guy, he was great) I would rate this place at -1 of 100. there is another hotel down the road 5-10 min away. I definitely recommend to go stay there or anywhere else. save yourself time and get what you pay for. this place absolutely the worst that I had ever stayed. and I’m very frequent traveler.
