The pool area, garden and views of the mountains are beautiful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable beds and eco-friendly. Though simple, the grounds had a resort type feeling throughout. Restaurant menu ordered food was very good.

The bathroom faucet in basin is push button. Water only comes out by continually having to push button with one hand. Understand this is for water conservation but impossible to wash face or wash hands thoroughly. Suggest they install timed push buttons for that purpose to at least hace a few seconds to splash water on face with two hands. Room felt stuffy since windows do not open resulting in no cross ventilation . A small fan is provided but not enough to properly ventilate room.

Great and chill decor, view, vibe, staff, and animals ! Staffs, especially Monica is super friendly and helpful (+fluent in English).They offered us complimentary drinks and even gave is a lift to the bus station. Appreciate it! Gorgeous and friendly animals (cats,dog and a donkey. All rescued) Spacious room and comfortable bed. (I had the best sleep out of the entire trip.) Enjoyed playing nintendo as well!

The door of the room is a magic mirror. I wish it was dimmer so you cant really see inside. It was a pity to keep the curtains closed.

The property is very well kept overall and staff is super friendly and helpful. The views are amazing and the garden has plenty of greenery and different trees. Filomeno, the donkey, and the few cats that roam around freely are cute and friendly. The restaurant features excellent food, top notch pizzas (beware: they are not the Italian type!), and decent prices. The breakfast is simple, but good enough to get your day started. Quiet at night. The place is great if you want to be away from the buzz of the city centre and is a 5-min walk from the bus station. However, bear in mind that it takes about 20 min on foot to reach Tepoztlan.

The gym is very simple and is not in great shape. The bathroom does not have windows, which creates a bit of steam and moisture in the room. Breakfast starts fairly late (10.00), which is not ideal for early risers. The bar, which is close to the rooms, plays music constantly between 10.00 am and 11.00 pm - while staff has excellent music taste, it can be a bit overwhelming if you want to chill and just get some rest in your room.

The premises are beautiful and in an excellent location! The views are spectacular and the staff are very attentive. It's very tranquil but also accessible to the center of the town.

Attention to a few details would be helpful: doormats in the rooms so that we can wipe off our feet before entering the rooms (during the rainy season everything is wet and muddy in Tepoz). More comfortable pillows. Food quality/options could improve too.

Amazing amenities and gorgeous views. Our family was welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed the stay in many ways. They have pet friendly environment, nice and well maintained grass area plus a hamacs and swings to play. Most relevant was to meet Filomeno- a friendly dunky that anyone can meet and greet if wish to.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We had such a nice time that it was hard to leave the place.

I loved the big size of the bedroom with the view to the swimming pool. The people there are very kind and attentive... and the animals are quiet and nice :)

Actually breakfast wasn't bad, however, because of the price, I think it should be a buffet breakfast, or at least natural juices and eggs. Also, some towels looked very old.

A few minutes out of town which was nice. The property was lovely and well kept. Nice big pool, a donkey and generally lovely setting.

There was confusion around the free breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal. Coffee was good! The bed was comfy but the pillows and towels could use an upgrade.

The owner, Danny, was extremely helpful. The rooms are simple, but nicely appointed. There’s a pool with views of the mountains. The staff, especially Angelo, was very helpful and friendly. We loved the well cared for cats!

The rooms have no ventilation when the door is closed, and we wished that the screen door had had a lock so that we could get air during the night. Luckily we were there in January. A fan would have helped. So I couldn’t recommend this place in hot weather. The location is a bit far from town, up a long hill, and it was difficult sometimes to find taxis going and returning. The staff helped call for taxis (no Uber un Tepozlain), but sometimes they weren’t available and we were stuck. The restaurant was closed most of the time, and there was no way to get breakfast or even coffee before 9:15 when the staff came on duty. Eggs with breakfast, and real toast, would be an improvement.

The most amazing and helpful staff I’ve seen, extremely kind and helpful with any requests! rooms are spacious, area is secluded and. wry green and quiet. There’s drinking water available at all times, good showers

Location is not close to the town , better to take taxi. The breakfast which is included could be better
