All of the staff at El Pueblito were fantastic! From the front desk to the kitchen, to maintenance and housekeeping- everyone was friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with the front desk staff- and the concierge Lennon who went out of his way to help us when we misplaced our ATM card..THANK YOU LENNON! The Pool was so much fun, and our whole family enjoyed swimming and soaking every day. The food from the kitchen was delicious, and the housekeeping staff always made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We have no serious complaints about our stay at El Pueblito. If there was anything that could be improved it would have been nice to have a few more hooks or bars in our room to hang towels to dry. We enjoyed our room, and found it to be comfortable for our family of four, but the only light in the 'living-room' area was a bright white LED light in the ceiling. It would have been nice if there was a small table lamp or other cozy source of light to use while relaxing and playing cards/games at the table in our room...not a big deal, but something that would have made the room even more enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, a spacious 2-story suite with a full kitchen. Beautiful pool area with restaurant on-site Although we did not have meals there, it was convenient to purchase drinks or snacks by the pool. We did not opt for the included breakfast option but heard it was very good. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. It is across from an open field with a playground and soccer and is lined with market vendors. Easy 1 block walk to the beach and close to town and the plaza within a 5 min walk. Close enough to be easy to get around, but far enough away from the busy plaza that it was very quiet at night. Great spot for families.

Warm, welcoming staff made my kids and I feel right at home. Jesmer, Carlos, and Senen were fantastic! Pueblito has a great location for families or digital nomads in particular... right next to the park for kids to play and close enough to the vibrant plaza, but just north enough to avoid loud noise on weekend nights. We could have stayed in the pool all day! Waking up to rooftop yoga was an additional bonus that helped me start my day. Wifi was reliable. The hot tub was relaxing. Daily 2x1 drinks were tasty and varied each day (paloma, margarita, etc). The food menu was kid friendly. They offered water in the lobby so you could fill up your water bottle, which I liked because I hate wasting plastic bottles. The staff also organized taxis for us which uber isn't prevalent there.

We spent 5 nights and didn't get turn down service, but that's pretty common in hotels these days. I'm sure if we had asked, they would have accommodated, but it wasn't a big deal. It was just somewhat annoying to be walking in the sand we brought back from the beach but we used our towels to "sweep" it to the side. Overall, we loved Pueblito Sayulita and would come back again for sure!

Amazing location and we loved the suite’s size, style, and cleanliness. Staff were courteous when available.

My daughter got locked in the bathroom due to faulty lock and we couldn’t find any staff member for over 20 minutes. It was around 6:00pm, the reception desk was vacant and they did not answer our text and call. Breakfast area has many bees, so it’s hard to enjoy the meal if you are allergic or just not a fan of sharing your food with the bees. The hot tub is not heated.

The hotel was well located for families, away from the noisy center but only a short walk to the center or to the beach. The included breakfast was good for the price. It consisted of a plate of fruit, coffee, orange juice and a choice of omelet, huevos rancheros or chilaquiles. Even though not mentioned in the breakfast menu you could also ask for pancakes instead. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful and always ready to help. We got nothing but excellent service from Alejandro, Ana & Amparo. We initially were concerned when we had reserved a room with two full bathrooms and got a room with one full and one half bathroom but Amparo managed to change us into a room with two full bathrooms on our second night.

The furniture in the room is not very comfortable. There is only one soft sofa and the rest were contoured wooden chairs. The kitchen had only the basics, e.g. silverware and plates but no bottle opener. Some of the towels were stained.

We loved staying at El Pueblito de Sayulita. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen had a lot of supplies. The beds were comfortable. The A/C worked well and the wifi was sufficient. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. Great location for walking to lots of restaurants, the beach, and the main plaza... but also having the peace and quiet of not being exactly smack dab in the plaza. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants and bars. It's maybe 5-10 minutes walking to the center plaza of downtown Sayulita. The burger place right outside the hotel is to die for! You must check it out!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It would be great if the kitchen had a disposable sponge and small bottle of dish soap. Also, the layout of the living room is weird. The couch/daybed doesn't face the TV. Only these two semi-uncomfortable wooden chairs face the TV. Not a huge deal because we didn't spend a lot of time lounging around watching TV, but I would recommend the hotel either moves the TV to the opposite wall above the dining table, or adds some nice comfortable chairs facing the TV instead of the wooden ones.

This is a fantastic hotel for a family stay. The apartment was large and well-equipped. The staff was very helpful. The location couldn't be much better - very close to centro but not noisy at all. The included breakfast was a highlight. The pool is also fantastic - Ignore the reviews saying it's cold, it's a normal pool temperature which is ideal in the heat.

We had no complaints at all. The Wi-Fi wasn't very good in our room as we were right in the corner apartment, but in most parts of the hotel it was solid and I was able to get a little work done by the pool.

Minimalistic room, but AC and clean. We enjoyed the pool area and that we just walked out of our room and got chairs. We didn't even swim at the beach because of how crowded it was and so many people asking you to buy things. It was nice and calm and we could get drinks and relax. Location is great! Sayulita is not exactly a sleepy beach town and each night there is a fiesta in the Centro. You could walk to the excitement, resturants, beach, or stores and then get away from it all when you were ready. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was great for what we wanted-- a nice base camp for us to explore the town that was affordable and mellow. We visited during low season, so not sure how it is in high season. People looking for more of an exciting scene may think about staying somewhere near the more central area. Sayulita is on more "island time" which we like for vacations, but if you are someone who is more particular-- visiting the area in general may not be for you.

It's a great place to stay. Spacious apartments with everything you need for comfortable staying. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, which is not crowded at all, and a 4-minute walk to the central street with restaurants. A small shop and a cafe are just next to it. It's quiet at night. Good breakfasts. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the new receptionist who provided us with information. We were very happy with that place.

Beautiful little property and staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed having breakfast with/from Jonathan each morning and really appreciated all he did to make our trip extra special for our 2 year old daughter. The pool facilities are wonderful and so relaxing. We rented a golf cart from the property and it was great and cheaper than the other options I researched prior. Can't beat the location - close to everything but very peaceful! Thanks to everyone for such a great stay.
