I've stood here before. excellent location in downtown. clean fresh smelling rooms. secure lock and location. very good wifi!
everything was fine, but remember to bring a power strip and extension cord. some rooms only have one outlet.

The location.
The rooms are infested. The staff is poor and FUME. The entrance door stays locked, and staff takes long time to open door.

The air conditioning.
Despite the extensive forced use of hand sanitizer, for their hotel guests,,, my room didn't even have a toilet seat. There was only 1 used bar of soap, and a few sheets of toilet paper left. I also question as to whether the sheets, or towel were used previously. After making the reservation with this app, I was sent 2 emails- requiring me to contact the property separately via whatsap text messages. This was unusual because I had never been required to separately contact a Hotel to re-confirm. Nevertheless, the Manager (or whoever I was corresponding with on whatsap) was made clear about my arrival time of 12:30am. They ensured me there would be no issues. I arrived at 12:30am- doors were locked, and nobody responded to my messages. I waited outside for 1/2 hour, until finally someone opened the door, and let me inside. I really felt that for $600 MXN for a single room, I was ripped-off.
