Lovely pool and It’s perfect location to groceries, restaurants, kids park area, nightlife and the bus station! Bring a sound machine if you’re street side, it can be loud but that’s not the hotels fault.

Worst pillows I’ve ever used in my life. They were literal rocks? Beds only used a single top sheet so it was quite cold - only option would be to turn AC off but it gets way too hot to quick. If you have young kids, do not get a balcony room. It’s extremely unsafe and the barrier is very low. My two year old could lift up. After seeing that, none of my 3 kids were allowed out there. Windows also have no safety locks or protective screens. Just an open accessible window that could be opened by anyone, anytime which is extremely dangerous.

the location ,was not what I expected

location was great. walking distance to ADO station. the bus to zona hotelera passes right in front. the palacio municipal is walking distance too and they have danzon you can watch every sunday evening. another very important thing for me was that it is smoke free. Im very sensitive to odors. I was skeptical about it, but they dont play. No smoking. and I loved that

I think the wall could use a coat of paint. and bathroom is a bit small. but it worked for us since i spent most of the day out.

Everyone was very friendly. Especially the front desk staff and cleaning ladies. The room had all the amenities you could need from hot water to a mini fridge. The pool is very cool and the rooms were very cozy. and you can't beat the location.

The floor in the room could have been a little cleaner. There is a dog whom is very loud but honestly I'm used to loud dogs so it didn't bother me.

Hotel is in the heart of downtown Cancun and walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown. Very clean hotel, staff makes a lot of effort to make the place clean and the house keeping is always cleaning, they change towels every day. Staff barely speak English but they make an effort

We just wish instead of two double/twin beds if we had a queen size bed. Also it would have been good to have a coffee maker and at least complementary water bottle.

Convenient location for walking and bus. The rooftop soaker pool was nice. Rooms were basic but comfortable enough for a short stay.

Pools close too early and alcohol is not allowed.. We used the roof top pool briefly, but after a busy day it would have been nice to just be able to relax for a bit.

We had to spend one night in Cancun and catch a connecting flight in the early morning. Hotel Kavia was the perfect solution to stay in a nice place, in town, well connected with the airport. 5-7mins by walk from ADO bus station. Several services in the nearby area (taxi, restaurants and bar). We liked the swimming pools :)

It is a good location, close to ADO station and route 1 and 2 if you want to go to hotel zone.

The mattress are like really hard to sleep on. The staff is kind of annoying. I stayed in the 3rd floor , and at 7 am you can hear the staff yelling at each other and some of them have music a little bit loud.

The stay was great. Staff was great, especially Katya. On our first night there was rain and food delivery wasn’t working. Katya offered to go for some chinese food for us. It meant a lot to me and my daughter. Room was clean, location great. We had a nice time in Cancun.

The location was great.close to everything. ADO was just a 10 mins. Walk. Plaza de las Palapas and many restaurants around. Very clean and the swimming pool was always refreshing.!!

Actually THere is nothing I didn't like.
