This place far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a quiet, secluded spot away from the typical big all-inclusive resorts, and I was surprised to find such a gem right in Cancun. Normally, I’d have to travel to Tulum for something like this. The best part? The incredible value for money—it was much more affordable than I expected. The property has a main building and six newly built beach cabanas. I stayed in the beachfront casita (Cabana #0), and it felt like my own private paradise. The views from the upper-floor balcony at sunrise were breathtaking, and at night, the waves literally crashed right at the front porch. Having stayed in similar "glamping" setups in Tulum, I wasn’t expecting much in terms of luxury, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The cabana had 24-hour electricity, air conditioning, strong WiFi throughout the property, a safe for valuables, a miniature cooler (for 2-3 cans), a coffee maker (using Nespresso-style capsules), and daily housekeeping. They even provided thoughtful touches like a beach tote, clean towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion), a plug-in type mosquito repellent (though there were no mosquitoes during my stay), a portable fan, and two bottles of water upon arrival. Breakfast was included, and the meals I ordered from the on-site restaurant were fresh and delicious. There’s also a full beach bar right in front of the main building. The nearest large hotel, the Riu, is about half a mile away. I walked over, saw crowds of people packed together, and quickly returned to my peaceful oasis. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. If you're booking, I highly recommend going for the beachfront cabana—you won’t regret it!

I loved everything about the hotel. The road that leads to the hotel is unpaved for the last 1 km (which is part of the charm for me). I can see how it could be a problem without a 4x4 during or after the rain. When I booked a taxi, I chose a van (for 50 USD each way) instead of a regular car. The hotel offers a guaranteed transportation from and to the airport for approx 100 USD each way. I asked my taxi driver to stop at the convenience store on the way to the hotel, and I bought big bottles of water and some snacks to last me throughout my stay. I always do that whenever I travel to another country.

The property is gorgeous. It’s a small boutique hotel, there’s not that many people which we liked, and the food at the restaurant was great and also And also not overpriced. Perfect little getaway

We were charged over 4000 pesos in our room bill and our friends were charged for breakfast, which was supposed to be free. They didn’t catch the mistake so I would recommend checking every receipt that they enter to make sure that this is something you should be paying for. Their system is not great so most likely there will be mistakes

This place is very nice! Small boutique hotel. Right at the beach. You have to accept that it is remote and a dirt road to access, but ao much better than the mega hotels and structures right next to it. Breakfast is great, but need to accept the waiting. Staff is super friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Personnel is super nice and friendly, but not the most efficient. Orders take quite long and sometimes have to ask for it a couple of times. But if you are not in a hurry, you are all good. Some of the ingredients range from out first day, they were not there for the remainder of our stay.. which was a bit strange.

Location, beach, rooms cleanness, all was well

Service was very slow, and most of the food on menu was not available, for all the 3 nights we stayed there. There are no other restaurants in the area.

Beautiful quiet location, clean room with view direct on the beach. the service was amazing and the staff make sure that you have a great time.

The road to the hotel is not in the best condition, and it is not easy reach it, if you don't have a good car or private transportation.

Beautifully space with beautiful views. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room has a small kitchenette which includes two gas burners, microwave, sink & small fridge. The included breakfast comes with coffee or tea, fresh squeezed juice, fruit, bread and a variety of options for your protein, my favorite was the chiliquilies!

We read lots of bad reviews which almost deterred us from our stay. 1) the road is not that bad, it is unpaved for the last mile but easily driven in a normal car. It takes right about an hour to get from the property to the airport. 2) The coffee was hot and the food was delicious. 3) The service was excellent from checkin, to the restaurant, to the maid.

This is a small, super cute place, with only 10 rooms and 5 cabanas. The ocean facing rooms (only 3) are truly wonderful. That's what I would highly recommend if you stay there. The 5 cabanas are also wonderful, but be aware that they don't have air conditioning and no curtain. It's lovely, but know what to expect. From the top floor bedroom, you have a complete bay window overlooking the ocean. The service was excellent and very friendly. Robert at the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast was served quickly (if you wanted it that way).

The beach is nice, but not very deep. Just an FYI.

A lot is improvised at the PBBH and many standards that are common in the hotel industry are not adhered to here. I also found the price of $260 per night a bit high for what was on offer. Nevertheless, I stayed for two nights because the location is fantastic. My room with a sea view was great and the staff were very friendly.

- Construction noise in the hotel all day - the food a la carte is unfortunately terrible ( does not apply to breakfast ) - constant asking of the employees for tipping ( especially the men ) - Access road is in desolate condition

What a wonderful place on earth! The hotel and its little bungalows are directly at the beach. The location is a personal and lovely, calm place to stay and enjoy the beach and nature around, not one of these big hotel bunkers next door. The staff was super friendly, fulfilled any of our wishes and were quite fast. The breakfast was extraordinary delicious, served at the beachfront. Also change requests were accepted without any problem. Thank you so much Jorge and team! We had a fantastic little time out in paradise

Nothing I can think of

loved the property, as others stated "hidden gem", great location right on the beach, nice rooms, compfy beds, unique spot for sure.

I was a bit shocked at our food bill at check out. We only had one dinner first evening we were there with drinks, breakfast next day and one more dinner with drinks last evening. Ourt bill was over $400 and I questioned the charges but didnt feel like arguing or bickering about the bill so I just paid it on top of what we tipped. Food and drinks were definitely expensive...
