Really spacious and nice appartment! Nice view from the balcony! Leo was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the fat rabbit (restaurant next to it) was really nice too! - really friendly and helpful waiters and the best coffee! Leo is a perfect host, so helpful! We could park our rental car in the garage (we were a bit worried, as the entrance to it is steep, but it was really easy managable!). We really appreciated that we could park the car safely!

Onsite property manager put us in a room even though the Booking.com reservation had not come through yet. A/C in every room, comfortable beds and pillows, hot water. Easy access on the ground floor, and there is an elevator if needed. Quiet street. Kids like the shallow pool out front.

The stove has a propane tank under the counter. The burners needed to be lit manually, but no lighter was provided. I could hear the people in the unit above us, but they did not styles up late.

Manager Leo is the best representation of hospitality and the true Mexico. He is absolutely a fantastic host and shares all nice details to know about the area and Mexico. If something is broken, it gets fixed the same day. If somethings is needed, he makes sure we received it. A true professional in hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and we love Mexico.

Beware, if you are walking, the beach is quite far. The area is safe and quiet though.

Very bright and spacious apartment. It was great for our family. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Location is decent. Still able to walk to the centre, the beach and the nearby supermarkets. The gentleman running the place and the cleaning lady were very nice.

The internet signal is awful. It only works in the living room near the windows or on the balcony. No wifi in the bedrooms. This unfortunately is the reason we didn't extend our stay longer. Aside from that, sometimes the hot water didn't work for showers. It could be a building thing and it runs out quicker when too many tenants use it. Cleaning service is offered every 2 days but it would be nice to provide a broom and extra garbage bags. I would have liked to maintain the cleanliness throughout as it gets really messy with kids.

Guy at desk went above and beyond to help us out. Needed help with car and he sent us to mechanic he knew. He even helped with translating for us. Just a good guy.

- We arrived late in the evening and needed to park in the garage, but the next morning the garage turned out to be too small. when they woke us up at 7AM to move the car, so another car could go out for work…! Next time we will pay attention to this before parking.. - After the matrasses are renewed, we will come back for a longer term stay!

Parking is tight. Amount of breakfast is too little. Not enough to be full. And only open at 8am , not early enough if need to leave early for some activities!

the tap of our sink broke as it was clearly just glued together, I sent a message to the host and received no reply about it. The underground parking lot is pretty dangerous.

I loved everything about this property, it was close to the main part of Playa del Carmen but far enough away to be secluded. Leo was amazing, so welcoming

Big, open Apartment with swimming pool. Kitchen you can use. Two beds - perfect for 2 friends who are travelling together. good price-performance ratio. would stay here again!

we had difficulties to find the apartment. after the booking we looked up casa leo on google maps and there were two of them very close together. we asked a couple of people and after some time a local brang us there. the describtion could be more clear!
