The hotel was new and clean. There was a cute coffee shop on site, and the service overall was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The location was perfect- right on the beach and within walking distance to multiple great restaurants and bars with an Oxxo (convenice store) just across the street and down a bit. There was an adults only infinity pool with a beautiful view of the ocean.

It was definitely a little busier and noisier than we thought it would be. As a family-friendly resort, there was a lot going on in the pool area and on the beach. Also, the Banda music was pretty loud and often from noon until after dark, with multiple bands competing for attention in front of the hotel. The music is great and definitely grew on us, but could be a bit much at times.

It was nice clean and new

They had no towels in the rooms. They kept on telling us that the laundry was behind and could not keep up with towel demand therefore there were no more clean towels.

The variety of food options in the buffet were great, I didn't feel bored of the food and there was always something for the kids. I love how close the beach is and that there was service on the beach.

The amenities (pool + gym) were fairly small, but luckily we were there when it wasn't too busy so it didn't feel crowded. The activities were the same everyday and start times were inconsistent so that was a bit difficult to plan for. The kids club was just a small room with a TV and some toys which wasn't staffed most times we went by it throughout the day. Luckily for us our kids loved being in the pool or on the beach, but if you are hoping for a real "kids club" experience you won't get it here.

The rooms were pristine and the beds super comfortable. The staff was incredible and attentive. Having breakfast in front of the beach was amazing! The hotel has three separate pools, one for children, one for families, and one for adults, which works out perfectly. The location of the hotel was wonderful and had restaurants and shops at a walking distance.

Unlike breakfast, the service at lunch time was not ideal. There weren't a lot of guests in the restaurant and they still took a while to get our meals to us, which were lacking in quality. They list a fitness center as part of the amenities but be aware that it's only one treadmill, one elliptical, one recumbent bike, a dumbbell rack and a floor area, so it only manages to fit 6 guests at most.

Has an amazing location and the sea view is really beautiful

The waiters outside of the restaurant was not kind. They were also slow to take our orders. There was one guy that always be there his name is Charlie. Such a good dude, he showed us his drawings and stuff. Also is a familiar hotel, there were a lot of kids running and is really noisy, so if you want something more peaceful this is not your place.

We had an ocean view room and the view was amazing. The staff was always ready to help with whatever need we had. I wish the weather was warmer for us to use the pool, it looked amazing, especially for kids, it reminded me of the Great Wolf Lodge and it very close to one like we had on the cruise ship we went on.

I would of liked to had a small refrigerator and maybe a microwave. The worst was the A/C, don't get me wrong it works good but the lowest it can be set is 22 C. which is about 72 F., not cool enough for me to sleep. We opened the balcony door and slept to the ocean sounds all night, actually kind of cool (I have tinnitus) but it kept the room 20 C. - 68 F. or less. 22 C. may be cool enough for a lot of people, but myself, I would not want to stay there in warm weather.

New property and very clean

No English television channels. Only 1 very noisy restaurant. Mariachi band played every day on the beach from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. There are many stairs to get up into the hotel. Anyone with mobility issues should look elsewhere.

It was very clean and the hotel was modern and beautiful. We loved the beach front view and access.

The pools were small and the lounge chairs/tables were very limited. The bar was next to the kiddy pool. It would be nice to have it next to the adult only pool or to have a swim up bar.

Breakfasts were fine, as were all the meals. All the staff was exceptionally polite, and although I speak Spanish, many of the waitstaff, etc. spoke excellent English for my husband. Most of the restaurant staff remembered our first names.

We would have preferred two chairs in the room, instead of only one, making it easier to sit and relax in the room.

Brand New hotel with staff ready to please. So much to like about this place. Very well designed. Gym and bathrooms down by the pools with outdoor showers. Restaurant with view of the beach. Every staff member was willing to help no matter what request.

Ice was available at the restaurant yet I am sure they will have ice machines on each level soon. Really hard to think of anything we did not like.
