Malena, our waitress at breakfast, couldn't have been nicer, friendlier or more charming. She epitomized "service with a smile" and you could feel it was authentic. /. Malena, nuestra mesera al desayuno, fue de la mas simpatica, amigable y encantadora. Fue el mero ejemplo de "servicio con sonrisa" y fue 100% autentica.

1. While most of the staff were extremely friendly, we did however experience a problem at check-in. I stated to the receptioinist that I had already prepaid for the room, but he insisted that I still owed and he ended up charging me again. In the morning we got it all straightened out (my card was refunded for the double charge) but the experience was a bit frustrating. 2. The water in the shower came out as a trickle and was only luke warm. 3. Breakfast was "OK". There was no buffet, and we were only given the choice of eggs (which I have to say were delicious and came accompanied by equally delicious refried beans and chilaquiles). But the small fruit plate came with tasteless unripened melon and papya, and there was no juice. Also, the coffee was very weak.

Value was exceptional. The room was super clean. Staff was nice.

Water in the shower didn't drain very well it took longer to flow and as a result it overflowed out of the shower area. Might have been my room only. I would definitely stay here again though.

Nice shower, got the place for a big discount through booking so it was worth what we paid for it, also had underground parking which was great

We did wake up with some bites on us and I found a really tiny bug stuck to my stomach. We each only had two bites so I’m not sure what the bug was that I found on me, but that was really the only thing that wasn’t great.

They issued another room with a lower class. It was different from the photo, without sofa, table , kettle, etc They wanted to cancel my booking, in case I don’t confirm my arrival again. I had to have chat with stuff, when i drove car, although my booking was confirmed by debit card.

the worst restaurant in Mexico, we waited more than an hour and a half for our food, they brought it to us one at a time and they didn't bring one at all, besides, it didn't taste good

It was okay for 1 night as a pitstop. I would not stay longer than that. The room is okay en the breakfast was good. Nothing special.

It is located on a very busy street.

It was quiet and the restaurant food was really good, including the breakfast.

There was no hot water, the TV didn't work and the reception staff couldn't figure out our reservation on arrival. That was disconcerting after a long travel day.

Good price, staff is friendly, overall good

TV didn’t work, air conditioning was loud and water was difficult to regulate in the shower . Also breakfast did not open on time.
