The location is fantastic - there's a lovely sense of community with something happening regularly in the adjacent square and at the convent and it feels very safe - and we loved the ambiance e of the old building with the timbers in the ceiling, the steep stairs, and the huge doors. The coffee at the cafe in the building was also really really good. Lovely restaurants in easy walking distance and the people were so kind and loved that (though not fluent) we spoke in Spanish as much as possible.

Breakfast could have included a bit more food - maybe a croissant or quiche - things that could be made ahead of time.

The room is situated in a historic building, making it a unique stay! The staff members were incredibly nice and tried everything in their power to accommodate our needs. The location is pretty much amazing as well. Would definitely recommend!

The room was relatively 'old' Even though it is situated in a historic building, they could've made a bit more effort to make it a bit more modern in the facilities. The water was also not really running on pressure, so that was quite a pity. The room itself can be noisy, as it is located near a square and a road. To sum this all up, the price for the accommodation doesn't really match with the level of facilities you get in return.

Great location, room with character in a unique place. The breakfast is served in the coffee shop next door staffed by the nicest people. Adriana and Rodrigo were super helpful with recommendations for cenotes, laundry services and many other queries I had. There’s a coffee machine with good coffee in the room, and a small fridge. Very handy! The place is located on a beautiful pedestrian street.

The place is great, there wasn’t anything I disliked.

The host was so helpful and gave me some suggestions to help me enjoy the city. I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment next to the cafe (just used the downstairs bedroom as I was traveling alone). It felt so charming and inviting - I wish I could have stayed longer!

Wonderful location. The room was full of character in a centurys-old building, tall ceilings and huge wooden door. Ample bathroom. The room had a mini bar with fruit and cool beverages (free of charge).

A little bit noisy due to the fact that the room leads directly onto a plaza.

This is one of the more unique places that I've stayed throughout all of my travels. Loved that it was a former convent with high ceilings in that cute little square. It's always helpful having a refrigerator. AC worked great.
