Excellent. Honestly, it was the best 4-star hotel I've stayed in. Every day starts with a delicious buffet-style breakfast in a wonderful surrounding with professional service. To our pleasant surprise, two times they managed the room service while we were having breakfast. The room's design was exceptional, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious as well as the balcony. The hotel's owner, Liliana, and the staff truly care about their guests. I cannot bring up a single negative point and I spent there seven days. Guys, book it, you will absolutely not regret it.

First of all, the hostess was super nice and took care of every little request, and even took care of lunch boxes for us because we left early in the morning and didn't have breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the beach on a street that doesn't face the main road so it's relatively quiet. The breakfast is excellent and there is private parking.

Hotel and room was stunning, staff was very helpful in every aspect, very open to give a lot of nice recommendations. There is a parking space in the garage. Hotel is close to the center and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace! Moreover, very comfortable beds, and the biggest plus was the wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We felt really taken care of. We were supposed to stay in Budva for one day, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay a night longer in the hotel - it was amazing experience and the best stay during our whole Balkans trip :)

Everything was perfect

I loved the hotel. It's a familly owned/ run bussines, the personell is very friendly, helpfull, and caring. You can feel the soul involved in running the hotel. They upgraded my room for free, gave me a nice one, with a balcony, a view towards the mountains, and an overall good vibe. The hotel is just aprox 6 years old, it's very clean, very well maintained, It looks like brand new. Another thing I loved about the hotel was the breakfast. Biljana, the chef, and Dana, the helper, where amazing. They would prepare and arrange the food in such a wonderful way, simple, tasty, and combined with a lot of their souls. The food was made from quality ingredients and kind of different from the traditional cold cuts, egs, bacon, sausages breakfast , including something like gridlled vegies, traditional burek ( rolled cheese or cheese spinach pie), or french toast, or breaded zuchinis (I really missed and loved them). The breakfast also included fruits, crepes, and a tasty kind of muffin. I highlly recommend this hotel. It's located aprox 300 meters from the beach, at the beginning of a quiet street (the Nicole Tesla) Another thing to mention: at the intersection of the Nicole Tesla street and the main street, aprox 30 meters from Villa Gracia is the Hotel Moskva. Since Villa Gracia has a restaurant available just for breakfast, Hotel Moskva would be a nice option for lunch and dinner. They have a great terrase, very friendly staff, and a good choice of tasty food and drinks at a decent price. It's a perfect place to enjoy a coffe or a local beer, while breathing the mountain air.

This was a perfect stay at the most amicable, nicest and preety hotel! Everyone was a joy, Ljilja is a fantastic host, and her employees did everything perfect to make our stay be the most comfortable, nice and relaxing! The rooms are spatious, super clean, modern but cozy and with great taste, the breakfast was really good. There is a garage to park the car, the hotel is at a great location, in a small quiet street very close to Old Town Budva. A great stay! Thank you everyone once again for your hospitality!

The staff is amazing, always doing their best to please the guests. The breakfast is good and they even replenish it after the official end time (note that during our 2-day stay, the breakfast menu did not change, but it had everything necessary). The location is excellent, close to the historic center but not overcrowded. There is parking around the hotel, and for an additional fee, you can rent a guaranteed spot in the underground parking lot (it is a bit narrow, but this could only be a problem for new drivers, cars fit into the parking space in two moves without any issues, I had no trouble parking my SUV).

1. The rooms show that the hotel is not new (the furniture is slightly worn). 2. The rooms on the first floor are located just a meter away from the reception, so you can occasionally hear what is happening there. However, this would only be a problem if you spend half the day in the room, as the reception closes after 10 PM, and nothing happens there afterwards. Since we were out of the room for most of the day, this was not an issue for us. And of course, the windows on the first floor are at the level of passersby, so if you open the curtains, everyone will be able to see into your room (I should note that the administrator kindly offered to change our room the next day when another one became available, but we declined because we were satisfied with our current room).

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Budva. The service was outstanding, with staff doing everything to make our visit perfect. A special mention to Uros at reception, who provided us with personalized tips and local insights that really enhanced our trip. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to beaches, restaurants, and everything Budva has to offer. It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking for both convenience and great service.

The hotel is beautifully designed, light, airy and perfectly clean. Our room was so comfortable with everything we needed, including coffee and tea facilities and a strong, hot shower! Delicious breakfast with lovely local treats. The people were so friendly and helpful, especially Liliana, who gave us great local information and was so responsive and very kind, letting us have a late checkout when we had a later flight. She made our stay perfect. I would definitely recommend Villa Gracia- really gorgeous!
