Excellent staff. Sea front rooms have excellent views. Breakfast somewhat limited, but it is a small hotel.

No complimentary water in room. Given the high temperatures in the country, seemed unreasonable not to provide water.

We liked everything about this hotel - the staff, the view, the facilities and the location etc. It is clear that attention to detail is very important to the staff and they go out of their way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable. The hotel is pristine and well maintained every day! We loved the heated outdoor pool, private beach area, spa (which the staff would book out privately for each guest). Despite being a bit more expensive that the other hotels in the area that we looked it, it is definitely worth it and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It was small scale and intimate. Lovely staff. We had a balcony and gorgeous views of the bay. The room had a stylish decor.

The only negative was that there seemed to be some water on the bathroom floor after we took showers. There might have been a small leak somewhere. We advised the staff.

The breakfast was not 5 star. the egg benedict was a poor resemblance what it supposed to be. The toast was not what you expect from such place. The fruit was not on ice and sometimes felt warm and not fresh. Only two types of bread.

I strongly recommend choosing the hotel. From the moment you arrive, you receive VIP and pampering personal treatment from the hotel staff. The views from the hotel are amazing. The location of the hotel is 30-40 minutes walk to the old city, walking along a lovely promenade along the sea with resturants and cafe shops. It is possible to rent a motor boat and tours to the bay, from the hotel's dock. And there is the possibility of swimming in the sea in a private and secluded place. The breakfast is delicious and rich, including a menu for a main dish. In addition, we indulged in the spa facilities

The location of this hotel has the most beautiful views. We had a sea view room and it was truly stunning. This is a small boutique hotel where they take great pride in the details. The breakfast included is excellent with hot options available from the menu and a lovely buffet as well. My favourite spot in the hotel was on the bean bags they put on the pontoon where you feel like you are floating. The staff here are friendly and attentive and warm. I loved my stay so much I booked in for an additional night.

Everything was just perfect. A delightful 5 star hotel located on the water's edge. The superior room was very comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the bay with splendid views. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with a very good choice of hot dishes. . I must mention the outstanding reception team who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A 20 minute walk along the beautiful, picturesque promenade to reach Kotor old town. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Very warm greeting with a glass of prosecco and given a tour of the hotel. Enjoyed the spa to ourselves and fantastic massage. Breakfast was plentiful, and we also ate a lovely meal in the restaurant one evening. The location and view are beautiful however you are a couple of miles away from the old town of kotor. You can walk it in 30 minutes or the taxis are about 5-7 euro and come quickly. The staff were all very attentive and rooms were cleaned twice a day. The hotel owns a patisserie and we very much enjoyed trying the cakes in the hotel and the cafe in kotor.

It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room. And also an iron and ironing board. The hotel offers an ironing service at an extra charge. Most travellers will have creased clothes but it seems excessive to pay for a service when you can quickly iron them yourself if the hotel had an iron.

Beautiful, tranquil location. Service, food, surroundings all excellent. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an escapist break

There were little things that distracted from the luxury. The lack of a screen in the bathroom (Fendi room) meant that water went all over the floor when showering which made the bathroom floor very slippery. There was a bowl of fresh raspberries left in the room on the first night which at first seemed like a lovely treat until you turned them over a realised some of them were rotten.

A beautiful hotel with an amazing view. The two female concierges/hostesses/managers were both exceptionally helpful and friendly. Unbelievably clean. We spent 20 days in the Balkans and this was our absolute favorite hotel. While it was a small distance away from downtown Kotor, the taxi ride was only 5 Euros and set up by our concierge. To get back you simply hailed another "yellow" taxi for the same price. Having a nightcap on the deck by the water was wonderful as well as having breakfast the next morning in the light breeze. The staff was more than helpful. Everyone working at this hotel exceeded our expectations. If we visit Kotor again in the future, this hotel will be our first choice.
