A lovely guest house nestled on the mountainside at the heart of the Dades Gorges. It was cozy, inviting, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated. We truly enjoyed the blue bathroom which has a cocoon feel to it. Inviting us to enjoy a delicious bowl of soup near the stove made us feel at home. The diner was amazing, they really elevated traditional Moroccan cuisine with a modern twist and the presentation was spot on. The breakfast was delightful and hearty as well. Our host was a sweetheart, always available, attentive, and ready for a chat. We will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff that go above and beyond their duties. We were welcomed with tea and our rooms were very comfortable. Sis has a bad knee and difficulty with the stairs, but her suitcase got taken up and down again (ours too!). We decided to have our evening meal here and that was the right decision, we had some lovely tagines! Thank you chef! Breakfast was also lovely.

Not a big issue, but it would be nice to have wifi on the roof terasse and breakfast room. The wifi in the rooms is good though! Please be aware if you have mobility issues, there are a few stairs to conquer in order to reach your room. But this is probably true everywhere...

Overall, we are quite pleased with our stay. The hospitality and food made us feel as if we were welcomed into someone's home. The host, Omar was really great. From the moment we stepped in he was smiling and offered us tea and sweets on his terrace. He was also very helpful and took the time to explain some hiking routes we wanted to take as best as he could - even going as far as drawing a makeshift map for us. The breakfast we had was also really great. The breads were fresh and warm when we got it and jams were homemade. The dates were very good and endless as well.

In terms of our room, it was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the washroom was beautiful but it stank of sewage (something that's common in and around Morocco so it's not his fault). It also takes a while for the water to heat up (also not his fault).

Would highly recommend staying at this accomodation. The staff are so welcoming and kind. They make you feel so welcome as if you are in your own home. We were given lovely tea and snacks on arrival which we could enjoy by the warm fire. The rooftop is also lovely and although it was raining during our stay I can imagine how nice it would be to have breakfast up there in the morning. All the food we received was delicious. We tried the Berber pizza and loved it. Cannot fault our stay here! Definitely has been our favourite stay in Morocco, wish we could’ve stay longer!

We had a really special stay with Hossein, our favourite night in Morocco. The location is further into the canyon than we were expecting to drive but well worth it. It's only two minutes down the road from the famous gorges viewpoint. I can't say enough about Hossein's hospitality, he was so kind and welcoming. The property is great for a winter stay, the wood stove warms the sitting room beautifully. The details in the bathroom were really lovely and the room had a rain shower. His cooking is delicious!

Ideally located within the gorge with gravel parking for our motorbikes outside. The owner is a friendly guy and really easy going. Nothing is too much trouble for him. When the sun went down, the valley got cold but the heating in the rooms is adequate. Dinner was in the hotel at 120 dirhams each and was more than adequate and delicious. Beds are super comfortable. Wifi is a bit sketchy but they are on satellite internet and the valley gets in the way sometimes. Breakfast was ample and just kept on coming. Nothing is too much trouble for the host.

Nothing. It is in the middle of nowhere so not a lot to do outside the hotel apart from walking up the gorge.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover en route to Marrakech from Merzouga. On arrival, tea and snacks were provided, which were delicious. Dinner and breakfast were superb. The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The roof-top terrace was a lovely, relaxing space from where we enjoyed the mountain views and warm weather. Our room was sufficient and comfortable for 3 adults. The host very kindly offered us a second room, which we declined. The en-suite bathroom was small, and the shower was not enclosed, so everything got wet from the shower, as well as from using the basin.

From the second we arrived at this Riad we felt like we were home! The welcome we received from Ayoube & Housain was like a greeting with old friends and from that very first moment the hospitality they showed us was overwhelming. The Riad was built by Housain’s father and it looks like a labour of love! This is a perfect home, a place to truly unwind and relax after your day’s adventure in the surrounding Gorges. And this review wouldn’t be complete unless we mention the food. Housain cooked us an amazing Tagine which he said would be one of the best we have tasted because he cooks from the heart! He didn’t disappoint – It was the best we tasted in Morocco! We loved our stay at Auberge La Fibule du Dades.

I had an amazing time at Auberge La Fibule de Dades! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Omar and Hussein, who made my stay even more memorable with their exceptional hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious – every meal was a treat for the taste buds. The Riad itself is charming and comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend booking this Riad without hesitation – it’s an experience you won’t regret!

A very nice and comfortable Berber house a kilometer away from Dades Gorge. Clean and comfortable apartment with air conditioning. Great breakfast that is included in the price, and dinner with good price, tasty, and bih portion. The host was excellent, he welcomed us with tea and snacks. After dinner the host and his family played traditional Berber music and it was fantastic... all recommendations for this accommodation to experience the life of the people in this beautiful area
