This was incredibly good value for money, I have paid more for a bed in a shared dormitory in a hostel where here I have a double bags working sky TV, multiple channels of private classroom with shower. It was perfect. Unfortunately, I missed the breakfast because I had to catch a bus from the nearby ctm bus station. However, I regret it booking such an early bus because I was confident the breakfast would be exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and there was even a telephone in the room and a socket for internet. However, I don't know is this worked because I didn't need it and the Wi-Fi was fine. Their customer service was so good that they even messaged me the following day to check. I had a pleasant stay.

The only two negatives things I can wrap my brains for are # there was a half dead bug on the floor when I came into the room. But hey it's Morocco get over it ! Secondly, as in most Moroccan accommodation I have found the taps are not very well attached to the wall but they all work fine and the Sheridan this place was one of the best I've had after 3 weeks traveling around hostels!

The staff were great, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean

Only thing was the noise of the ACs of the neighboring rooms, they were loud

superb breakfast buffet, probably the best breakfast in whole of morocco seeing how repetitive and dull other places are, super friendly staff, great location with a big supermarket across the street, near to CTM bus station, comfy bed, very quiet room not facing the street, working AC…i don’t know why this place has lower score, it definitely deserves a better higher score!

shower drain was a bit blocked

Wonderful location on a quaint street, my friend and I had the most amazing Moroccan breakfast at this old-style hotel! The restaurant upstairs had a charming young man tending to the place and they served the best Moroccan mint tea I've ever drank.

Hotel room safe wasn't working and wasn't bolted into the closet. The elevator was too small.

I like the fact that the reception, as shown online, is the same i met,no hypes like some do Most of the staff met at the reception were friendly except one man There were no unnecessary interjections from the staff,they mind their businesses and allowed me to mind mine~ very helpful I will recommend this for anyone travelling for business on leisure,looking for a functional facility on a good budget... The WiFi worked without failing,breakfast was okay

The bathroom is too small~ and the shower has one door instead of 2, so one virtually bathed all over the floor. Secondly,i spent 3nights as against the 4nights paid for,i expected they'll give me a refund, but they didn't

Room was ok ans location is very near to tram station as well as super market is outside the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and recommend for room comfort and nice breakfast

Although we expect complimentary water and twa in four star hotel as per standard but here nothing was available and in my booking price was clearly mentioned in euro and MAD but they charged more MAD and use their own calculation.

So I do love the location of the property as it is walking distance to a supermarket, train station, and local restaurants. An employee by the name of Abderahim , which I hope I pronounce it properly had information needed to navigate within the local area. I appreciate the fact that when I ask people to not come in my room to clean when I am not there they adhered to that request.

I did not like the sound of the elevator outside of my room. It was tolerable but very loud. The internet was not the greatest at time which I would stay longer if it was but overall I still will return in the future.

Liked everything! Excellent value for money and quality. We arrived at midnight and were quickly and comfortably checked in. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, just like everywhere else in Morocco. Excellent breakfast in a bright room with large windows and a beautiful view of the city. This was our first stop in Morocco and this hotel did not disappoint and left a pleasant impression of the country. Thanks for the hospitality!

Everything I guess from the nice guys working to the good stuff

The only thing I did not like was the non availability of the TPE at that moment technical problems happen from time to time and it is completely fine but TPE is really important cause most of people doesn't carry cash with them. But I am sure I am coming back to the same hotel cause it is so comfortable.

Perfect location of the hotel: close to city centre, close to the coast, close to the railway station (Casa Port), and the light railway one street away (just a few stops to Casa Voyageurs). Terrific breakfast with the kitchen preparing the different kinds of typical Moroccan crepes continuously, lots of bread, cooked eggs, fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk, cakes, etc. Great beds and the shower was large and worked perfectly. There is also a big supermarket right across the street and a great variety of small and local restaurants in the neighbourhood that have menus with prices. Very friendly staff. We really weren't expecting much because of the 3 star rating, but we had a very pleasant stay.

We live in a very big and noisy city so it really didn't bother us, but travellers should be aware that the hotel isn't located in a very busy street but Casablanca has lots of traffic and so does the street where the hotel is located and the windows of the hotels aren't made to keep the noise out. Of the rooms can be said that they are getting a bit worn out and the bathroom had poor lighting and I wouldn't put on the air-conditioning: it doesn't look very clean. But it is a 3 star hotel, so you shouldn't expect 4 or 5 star services.
