The location was impeccable, located in the heart of Casablanca, a lot of choices for restaurants and places to go out to near by. The room and bathroom was clean and could tell that it was a newly renovated property. The staff was responsive on booking and attended to all my needs, reliable wifi . Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Casablanca.

Breakfast was really good, tasty and with lots of options. 9 The room was good as well, comfortable bed, smart tv, enough space. 8,5 Bathroom was also good, nice and warm shower with good towels and toiletries. 8 The location is very convenient and close to lots of touristic attractions, I did a lot just by walking around the area. 9

Staff was a little distracted and not really paying attention. It didn't make me feel very welcome. They didn't spend time to explain how things work and I would only find out later, if I asked. 6,5 The time for breakfast starts really late and is very short, from 8:30 to 10:30 which was unusual to me. 7

This was my second time staying at Hotel Syracuse, and it has firmly become my go-to hotel in Casablanca, whether for tourism or finishing business. The location is excellent, as it’s close to everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms are not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, which added to the overall positive experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Saif for helping with my booking and ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free, and to Mr. Abdul Rahim for his kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well-cared for. I look forward to returning!

Literally no negatives about this hotel

The first impression was very good Rahim at the reception was very nice with good level of English and professional he was looking very good each day nice chemise and tie 👔 not like the other hotels in the area where the reception guy had a dirty hoodie and arrogant. The room was very clean and impeccable not only the bed sheets but all the room . New furniture bathroom clean and new full of white marble. We had a deluxe room with balcony . I recommend

The elevator needs to be fixed because the door sensors were not working properly.

The bed is so comfy, staffs are friendly. Near to Casa Port and also if you are taking bus (CTM FAR), both locations are 10-13 minutes walk.

The hotel doesn’t have any hairdryer or kettle not even a coffee or tea to be served. Just missing out and feels like it is more sleep and go vibes. The location address from the google map is wrong, better to use the one given by the hotel instead.

The location was in the centre of the city and easy to reach by taxi. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was perfectly clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable enough to have a peaceful sleep.

There were just a large and a small towel, not enough for two guests.

location is great, breakfast was great (traditional crepes and tea, not just some basic bread and cereal stuff), and everyone was nice

at night we saw some little cockroaches in the bathroom booking promised us a free transfer from the airport, but it wasn't free actually

Central location, friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed.

The bathroom was not cleaned, but the manager of the reception reacted very quick and changed my room. The don't want you to pay with credit card, they charged you at least 10% higher in Dirham.

The bed is very comfortable, the tv is great, the shower is good and the location is great. Room is clean and in good conditin. Love the balcony too though needed to ask for cleaning because too many pigeons around. Especially thanks to Rahim and Sahafeed (sorry, forgot the name of the gentleman whose name starts with S!) at the front desk for warm welcome!

Rahim and the lady receptionist(sorry I forgot her name) were very helpful at all times. I was given the room with Balcony, unfortunately, it was really noisy at early morning since the room is located near the street with bars and resto. However, overall it was a good stay.
