Ayman picked me up from a nearby carpark as the riad isn't accessible by car. During my stay, he constantly went out of his way to help me with everything regarding my stay in Fez. I like that he showed me how Morrocan mint tea should be prepared. We chat a lot and I felt I have gained a Morrocan friend :) The riad itself is beautiful. The pool in the courtyard is a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The terrace provides a bird's eye view of the Medina. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my choice to stay here.

the property is truly beautiful, like the photos which are stunning! there's also a rooftop terrace with good views over the city. The room was super clean and comfortable! Really good for family or solo travel too! the staff was amazing! they helped me a lot during our stay, they organized a guided tour! The breakfast was amazing! Aymane is really a friendly guy and he makes my staying better !thank you guys!!

Our stay at this Riad in Fes was fantastic. From the very beginning, Ayoub was polite, professional, and made us feel at home. He provided us with great recommendations for exploring the city and even spent time chatting with us. His attention to detail really stood out, and he even helped arrange a taxi service to the airport on the day of our departure. The Riad itself is stunning, located close to the medina. Our room overlooked the beautiful central pool, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, and fresh towels every day. I would highly recommend this Riad and the warm hospitality provided by Ayoub to any of my friends. I wish Ayoub all the best—shkran!

Family run business and they take pride in what they do. Clean and well kept. Location is great and close to monuments. 20 minute walk to bab bolujoud. Thanks to Ayman, Ismail and Fatima.

All good. If you have mobility issues, ask for the main floor room. There's just one with double bed. The stairs are steep but I'm sure the staff can help yoiu.

Exceptional stay! We had an amazing time at this beautiful riad. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the cozy rooms to the charming common areas. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we truly felt at home. One of the highlights of our stay was Ayoub, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire visit. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, providing us with great recommendations and making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco and will definitely return in the future! :)

The manager!! He helped us a lot. He printed our tickets for the flight ( Moroccoo airport accepts JUST paper tickets), booked us a taxi at 3 in the morning and lead us to the driver. You can have dinner at this guest house for extra cost. It was delicious. Breakfast was included. They can arrange a trip to Volubilis, or the blue city, also hammam ( their tradicional spa) They accept euros. The terrace was amazing, with the view of the city. Guest house is near one of Medina entrances. A/C was in the room. They have an indoor swimming pool ( that we didn't use, but it is open for guests)

The room was smaller than expected. The bed is wide but short ( 180x160cm) Mold was on the bathroom ceiling. In our room wifi was working very bad. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Ayub is a great host, really helpful, thoughtful & considerate. Breakfast is divine, all set out in small tagine pots, lovely variety of Moroccan crepes and croissants with yoghurts, fresh baguettes and preserves served with mint tea and coffee. The room was lovely with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The location is fab for the local souks, a 15 - 20 minute enjoyable walk to a variety of cafes and restaurants, (there are some nearer), the tannery, locals weaving fabrics & rugs, making beautiful lanterns, so much to see and so close by.

Ideally, it would have been nice to have had more wardrobe space and drawers so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase, but other than that, i could not fault our stay.

Ismaïl was the highlight of our stay. He was super accommodating. He found us a restaurant that accepted cards for the first night and even got us escorted there and he arranged our transfer to the airport. He was always ready to help and an incredible host! The Riad itself is beautiful and clean and the breakfast is delicious. They provide you with traditional Moroccan black soap for the shower which I thought was an amazing touch. It is in a good location to explore the Medina and close to the main road for taxis etc.

The wifi is quite weak inside the rooms.

wifi was free. Aziz was our host/ manager at hotel. Communication with hotel before arrival was great. Hotel arranged a taxi to pick 4 of us from station for 100 MDH. Aziz gave us very personalised care. picked us from taxi stand, showed us local kebab shop as we reached late first night. We had to leave early next morning for our visit to Chefchaun , he had packed breakfast ready for 4 of us. Next day we had local fresh breakfast made by ladies with traditional mint tea and coffee. Hotel was full of mosaic tiles and features all around, an experience in itself unlike your other 4 /5 star hotels. I expressed to aziz at breakfast that I liked the Corn bread , Guess what, on our departure a small pack of bread was ready for us to take. Felt like home indeed. Many thanks Aziz, Fatima and other two ladies who were working in kitchen.
