The level of service provided by Aziz and Mustafa is nothing short of outstanding. From arriving to leaving, they were unfailingly polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The Riad itself is beautiful, the beds are very comfy and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Location is right in the heart of the northern medina so very central for everything. Despite this, it is very quiet and peaceful, an oasis of calm. We had the top floor room which is the only one up there so had the terrace to ourselves which was lovely.

Nothing really, it was all pretty much as expected. The other reviews here are all spot on so there were no surprises.

This place was a gem. It's close to all the attractions, but far enough that you get a quiet nice sleep. Although there is a mosque next to it, you don't hear them at all. The property itself was so cute and cozy with a breakfast area, terrace with a pool and wonderful staff. Aziz was absolutely a fantastic host and provided Moroccan mint tea with Moroccan pastries upon arrival. He was so helpful and let us leave our luggage. Mustapha was so friendly and accommodating with breakfast and dinner. We had to leave early one morning and he was able to still provide us with breakfast. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with various juice, tea, coffee, bread, jams, eggs and moroccan pancake. Everything was amazing and we would love to stay again in the future!

Nothing really. The only thing was the last day, there was a smell coming out of the bathroom, so not sure what that was about. Everything else was fabulous.

Peaceful, immaculate Riad in the centre of Marrakesh. We loved the calm space, beautiful decor and friendly, helpful staff. We had an evening meal in the Riad on our first night and it was delicious. The lamb, prune and almond tagine was the best we had during our time in Morocco, our kids are still talking about it! Breakfast was lovely and the mint tea a real treat. There is no direct taxi access to the Riad, you are dropped about a easy 5 min walk from the entrance.

Everything about our stay was top notch. All staff super friendly and always going above and beyond for us. My daughter and I felt 100% safe and looked after. Aziz the owner was fantastic and Asma who we spoke to on phone (before our trip) had everything arranged for us (taxi from airport, assistance getting to Riad after getting dropped off from taxi, our beautiful room and a professional super great guide for all day tour of medina and sunset dinner and tour of souk). Breakfast was exceptional! Super clean - everything! We enjoyed the friendly 2 cats that live there.

Everything was perfect!!

One of our best stay EVER. the Riad is outstanding but the real plus is the people/service. Aziz is a wonderful person and outstanding host. He provided the right advices, he spent time with us (and the other clients) to make them feel at home. We also met the owner with same great feeling. Marrakech can be overwhelming (the Riad is in the Medina), but the Riad Dalla Santa was our haven of peace. Fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked food and drinks.

We had to leave....but we passed by on our way back to the airport few days later and Aziz came back to say goodbye to us.

There were two particular highlights to our two night stay: 1. The service provided by Mustapha. He served our in-house meals, answered all our questions, took us rather than told us how to get to a nearby restaurant for dinner and, when we left, arranged and took us and our luggage out to a taxi to the train station. Outstanding! 2. The traditional Moroccan dinner we had on the second night. Our last dinner in Marrakech and our best dinner in Morocco. Your cook/cooks are wonderful. We thank them. The dinner was perfect - except we ate too much.

1. There was some initial confusion about where we were coming from (a previous hotel) and where we should be dropped off by taxi (El Bacha Palace) but then, much more seriously, a very bad experience with the only luggage cart driver we could find at the taxi drop off. He wanted 30 EUROS instead of the 30 dh the Riad had indicated. We ended up giving him 100 dh but he was extremely unpleasant. Not a good start to our stay. 2. We would have appreciated some fruit with breakfast.

Mustafa our host was the perfect gentleman. He arranged taxi's to and from the airport, met us at the taxi rank to walk us the last few narrow lanes to the riad, carried my bags (he also walked us back at the end of our stay - and even ran back to collect something we had left behind). He provided a warm welcome with Moroccan mint tea and biscuits, he was professional and polite at all times, he made enquires for us with local companies for excursions we wanted to do, he recommended excellent restaurants and always with a very quiet and calm demeanour.

The doors are very difficult to lock and unlock- however, Mustafa always came to our rescue so it wasn't an issue, and actually added to the charm!

The property was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The location was perfect; close to the souks and the square and walking distance from many places of interest. The rooms were lovely and all the staff were very friendly. Aziz met the taxi that we arrived in and walked us the five minutes to the Riad and Mustafa was happy to walk us to other places we needed to go. Mustafa arranged early breakfast for us on two occasions and went to great lengths to ensure we had everything we needed. The pools were refreshing in the hot weather with hats and towels provided poolside. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the fresh breakfast provided new delights every day.

Nothing, it is an oasis of calm in a bustling city and a welcome relief from the heat of the day.

Riad Dalla Santa was an amazing place to stay, would definitely recommend it and stay here again! Its location in the centre of the Medina makes it really easy to reach the souks and restaurants but also allows you to head out the markets to reach other places like the Jardin Majorelle and Ben Youssef Madrasa all of which are within 30 min walk from the riad. Aside from its location, the interior and actual room was lovely. It’s beautiful and traditional Moroccan architecture was absolutely stunning! We stayed for four night and found everything to be so accommodating. Aziz is a great host, extremely friendly and kind, and really caters to your needs from assistance with travelling around Marrakesh to the tasty breakfast that is served by Aziz, one of the best meals of the day. From start to finish, Aziz was wonderful and made the trip all the more enjoyable for us. An amazing riad and would recommend to all!

We had a great stay at Riad Dalla Santa. Our check in was very detailed and so helpful Thank you Aziz. You gave us a lot of good hints. Mustafa is also a great host and between them they took care of all out needs. Mustafa also shared a lot of local knowledge with us about the places we visited which gave us a greater understanding of Moroccan culture. The room and the bathroom are very well appointed. Being in the Riad let us explore a lot of local attractions and also venture out of the Riad.
