Great, beautifully decorated boutique riad in the Medina close to the square approx 5 minute walk so a fab location yet in a quiet lane away from the busyness of the souk - a quiet sanctuary. We had the Warda room which came with a private balcony overlooking the court yard.. The staff at the Riad were AMAZING - super friendly and helpful. Redouan the manager was super helpful- coming to the rescue when we ran late for our booked time slot for Jardin Majorelle - and booking us a private excursion to Ben Ait Addou. Thank you again for the wonderful service.! We booked in for the orient package in the spa which involved hammam and an hour massage ( we asked fir the tonic which was firm) - highly recommend. Dinner was fab - dined in the riad twice - once on arrival at the riad and our last night . Love the orange/ dried fruit chicken tagine ! Reasonably priced 3 course dinner and the breakfast which was included in the price was very generous and different each day . Loved it here - highly recommend!

Twin Beds were a tad on the harder side . I like hard mattress but some may find it too hard. Small detail - My only reco would be to have an independent light switch for the light for each side of the bed instead of it being just one so in our case both lights are either on or off.

From the second we arrived to the last goodbye, the staff (Cheik, Said and Redouan) made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble and they couldn't have been more helpful if they tried! They ensured we had all the local knowledge on the map, booked restaurants for us, arranged transfers to the airport, organised an amazing Hammam experience within the Riad which was AMAZING. Breakfast was beautiful and we were able to choose where we'd like to have it each morning..the rooftop won every time! We will be recommending this place to everyone we know visiting Marrakech in the future!

The staff were wonderful, very welcoming, kind and helpful. The manager took the time to show us a map of local attractions and useful recommendations. The hardworking staff were always on hand to offer assistance or a drink. The room was very clean and fresh water and fruit was provided daily - the housekeeping manager also introduced herself and regularly checked in. Breakfast was provided and was generous with a range of local pastries, fruit, toast, yoghurt, and eggs cooked on request. We ordered dinner in night and this was equally generous and delicious. The Riad was gorgeous, true to the pictures, close to the mainn square and souks but an oasis away from the hustle and bustle outside. Three pools to choose from to cool down, the interior courtyards were cool and quiet, while the roof terrace was a great spot to enjoy some sun. The rooms were well appointed with good air conditioning.

We could have our breakfast wherever we wanted and we chose to have it in our room on the balcony one morning, which was a nice touch. The staff were very accomodating, friendly and welcoming. The spa was amazing and I enjoyed a hamman and a couple of massages. The staff surprised me with a cake on my birthday which was special. Overall we had an amazing time at the Riad and would definitely stay there again if we come back to Marrakech.

Only a couple of very small minor points/suggestions. A buffet breakfast or taking our order would have been good as the food we didn't eat went to waste and there was too much for us to finish. The first masseuse I had was talking with another lady who was working there during my massage. They were whispering but they had to keep opening the door to speak to each other and it was a little bit disruptive when trying to relax. On the other hand, the masseuse on the second day was absolutely brilliant - both the treatment and her professionalism were perfect!

We had the most wonderful time here. The Riad is stunning and so clean. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was my partners 40th and they went over and above to make it special. The hamman experience was incredible. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The manager was also really helpful prior to our arrival helping organise a trip to Agafay desert. Can’t rate this place enough! If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, this is it!! Thank you to all the lovely staff for making our trip so special.

Loved it all!

The riad was so zen and beautifully decorated. Such a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the Marrakech Medina. The whole riad was spotless. You can tell they take really good care of the rooms and common spaces. The staff here was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The manager, Redouan was lovely. He reached out before our arrival and helped arrange a porter to meet us at our drop off point upon our arrival to Marrakech (we had a driver from Essaouira.) He also arranged private transportation to the airport for our return flight as well as a porter. We were leaving early in the morning and both the porter and driver arrived about 10 mins early which was appreciated. In addition, Redouan insisted that we have breakfast before our departure which they served us at 6am! We really did not expect this but it was such a nice gesture. They took such good care of us. The location of this riad is perfect. Very short walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa Square but even before you get to the square, there’s everything you need along the main street Derb Damachi.

However, upon arriving at Riad Jardin, we were immediately put at ease by the exceptional manager and the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a masterfully prepared traditional dinner, followed by a rejuvenating hammam treatment that revitalized us after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the staff consistently demonstrated a friendly and accommodating attitude, creating an oasis of peace and tranquillity amidst the bustling city. This establishment location proved to be the ideal for exploring the Medina. What truly sets Riad Jardin des Sens and Spa apart is its commitment to providing a completely customizable experience tailored to our specific needs. They went above and beyond to make us feel like valued members of their extended family. In my extensive travel experience, I have never encountered an establishment that offered such a comprehensive and personalized approach to hospitality. Riad Jardin des Sens and Spa truly deserves a perfect score of 11 out of 10 based on Booking's standards. I highly recommend this exceptional establishment to anyone seeking an unforgettable and personalized experience in Marrakech.

Wonderful stay at this Riad. The staff were very friendly even prior to arrival answering several questions via email. On arrival we were met by the manger who gave us welcome drinks and sat and spoke with us for around 15 minutes. In that time he went over a map of Marrakesh and circled interesting places to see and his recommended restaurants and cafes. He also circled currency exchange points and answered any questions we had giving us his phone number should we need to ask him anything else at any time. We were also upgraded to a bigger room which was beautiful. The room and bathroom were faultless as was the riad itself. Breakfast was fantastic and we can’t recommend this place enough. Ideally situated, lovely staff and good value for money. We only spent one evening here as we had booked all inclusive on the coast for the rest of our trip and wish we had stayed longer! We will definitely return.
