The staff and the owner were brilliant. On our first night we arrived late at night and there was staff ready to great us The next morning we met Hannah the owner who came to great us and checked if we were ok. She did this every day. Hannah the lovely housekeeper and our chef was very friendly and made sure our food was served every day. The food was hot and she topped up our tea and coffee all day. Hiba, the lovely young lady at reception was very warm and helpful. She arranged for our taxi for places we wanted to go. She also helped us with the ordering of our delivery food because we couldn't speak the language. Her hospitality was excellent. We also had the pleasure of having the hummingbird dine with us each morning. On the whole, we would like to thank Hannah, the owner and all her staff, for making our stay so beautiful. My trip to Marrakech couldn’t have started off on a worse note, but we were lucky to have crossed paths with good people, like Ayoub. He was the one who helped us, and I can’t thank him enough for being so fantastic with us. Even with a small mishap that happened to us, choosing our Riad was one of the best decisions of this trip. Everything was wonderful, and all the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. It’s a simple Riad but comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Thank you once again, Ayoub, for all your help. I hope we meet again someday, and if you ever come to Portugal, our door will be open for you. Choosing this Riad is the best choice you could make, thanks to the fantastic people who work there and assist you with everything you need.

The breakfast was amazing! It was wonderful how it was set up for us every morning before we started our day. The staff was very lovely and accommodated most of our needs. The general area of the riad and terrace are inviting and gives a great Moroccan feel, my husband is Moroccan and validated the photography used is all authentic and genuine.

Our in-room heater wasn't working. It was a rough couple of cold nights as it has rained. We has the receptionist take a look at it, but she didn't know how to fix it.

The riad was well located, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was lovely and always available (in particular the lovely girl who looked after our amazing breakfast), we received a great service. We also enjoyed the terrace with the pool and we had a driver who picked us up from the airport. Highly recommend!

The only thing that wasn't great was the internet reception, as it was weak and a bit slow.

Everything was perfect about our stay; the breakfast was amazing, the staff were so so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the riad itself was extremely peaceful and gorgeous. The pool was a lovely touch!

Location; quite difficult to find. There are a group of boys which are unavoidable on the walk to the riad. They tend to track down tourists guiding them to riads and demanding money so the walk felt unsafe at times.

The staff was very sweet, accommodating and lovely. They did everything they could to ensure a nice stay. We booked some very nice daytrips through them. The swimmingpool on the roof was nice. The location was also superb. The value for price was very good. Everyday there was a big breakfast which was lovely and tasty. We enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

They didn't clean our room once in the time that we stayed there, which was disappointing. We also often had to keep asking for toilet paper/trashbags because they didn't fill these up themselves. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, there were hairs on the floor from previous guests.

We had a great stay at riad marchica . The please was beautiful and simple . Staffs were super nice and helpful 24*7 . We had great breakfast all mornings and really had a nice time staying . The location is just perfect to go to market and known places .

The location was amazing, and the staff(a boy named Aioub)very welcoming and willing to help us with any information! Very comfortable traditional rooms! There was a slight issue when booking through here but both booking.com and the riad got it sorted quickly and easily. When I arrived I was met at my taxi and helped with my suitcase to the hotel, which is down a narrow street. Biscuits and Morrocan tea were sitting waiting for me as soon as I entered before being shown to my room. Not long after this I got transported to a hammam and spa that I'd booked with the riad through WhatsApp. I usually came back at 2am and asked for my hot water bottle (because of ibd cramps, definitely wasn't cold!) to be filled without a problem. Most days I ate breakfast around 12pm or 1pm and unlike other places I could simply ask for it at any time rather than there only being certain hours where it's available. Another thing they did is prepare me breakfast at 4am before my departure! The bed was really comfortable and thankfully there was aircon as the nights were hot. Most places I've been to don't have a shower head that can be hung up on the wall so this was another plus, although the water in the area is hard so best to rinse hair with bottled water at the end. I felt very relaxed here and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I mentioned I wanted to buy some good quality, inexpensive kaftans and I was taken to a place where I got to buy a few for the best price because of them being there with me. I felt very comfortable around all the members of staff and got to meet the boss who showed me a new riad they're working on across from this one. They arranged a trip to Essaouira for me and made it easy by making breakfast just before leaving and took me to the transport. I'm vegan so got made the aubergine tagine without any meat for when I got back from my trip. I don't think I could've had a better meal in any restaurant! Big portion sizes and absolutely delicious 😋 They gave me a glass of soya milk with my breakfasts and got a new bottle for my last breakfast.

Everything was good, but the breakfast and the personal treatment really stood up to us. The staff is super nice and they were really attentive.

The riad is 15-20 minutes away from the center but is is located in a strange close street that can feel a little bit insecure at night. However nothing really happened.
