The team led by Rachid was absolutely amazing. From the very moment we arrived till we left, they were just one call away. Everything we needed was at our beck and call, places to visit, how to get there etc. To cap it all, they were all friendly, warm, and always ready to help. If I have to visit morocco again I know the numbers to dial 😀🥰.
The road leading to the hotel for someone coming from England and was having a lot of expectations was a little shy of my expectations however once you see what the hotel is like on the inside you will be blown away.

A wonderful experience. We stayed one night before we joined a tour. A great experience staying in the old town. We walked everywhere and it was easy. The property was very beautifully decorated and very traditional. We retreated to the roof terrace to the pool to cool off in the heat of the day.We also visited the roof terrace late at night. Beautiful. The staff were very attentive and Soukaino was always ready to help. Breakfast served on rooftop terrace was delicious. Fresh fruit croissants and coffee. We accessed our room early ad it was ready no problem and had a voffee while booking in.

We stayed here as a family with two kids (10+14) in the Junior Suite. Not accessible by car and therefore you must park a short walk away. Parking (30dhs/3euros per day) is 5-7 mins walk away but if you have cases the parking attendants take your bags on a trolley cart for a small tip eg- 2euros. This property is in the nice and quiet cobbled back streets off the main square. On arrival which was very quick check in we were told about breakfast etc by Anas. Service here was amazing special thanks to Soukaina, Anas the cleaners and the chef! They all make it a very welcoming stay, always smiling and wanting to help where possible. It’s a very small place so you meet everyone here daily. The ground and first floor are rooms. Ground floor has a lovely atrium and the roof (2nd) has a plunge pool, terrace with the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. Continental with coffee, croissants, AMAZING orange juice local dishes and fresh fruits. The room for four people (suite) was small but normal for the local area but more than enough space! Less than 5 mins to the main square with lots of shops and a small shop you can buy drinks etc from less than 2 mins away, Room is very quiet due to location which is great. Overall a good stay and I would stay here again due to cleanliness and the location.
Beds were a little hard BUT I still slept very well!

Everyone from the staff was super friendly. I had the feeling that I’m part of a family and not just in a hotel. Upon my arrival, the manager gave me a map with some ideas of what to visit in Marrakesh city. A highlight is the breakfast on the terrace. The food was tasty. Maybe more sweet than what I usually eat for breakfast - but if I had asked for more salty food, they’d have surely fulfilled my request. Lastly, the whole facility is super clean, almost spotless. Net: I always had this feeling of “oh, it’s nice to be back” whenever I returned to the hotel.
There’s nothing I disliked about the hotel. But one thing is worth mentioning. Due to the structure of buildings in the old town, all buildings are poorly soundproof. (I know this because my friends stayed in a similar hotel and said exactly the same.) I’m usually not sensitive to this but I woke up at least 3 times per night from street sounds or other guest coming home - and neither was actively trying to be loud. Again, there’s nothing the hotel can do about. But if you’re very sensitive with your sleep, you should maybe consider an accommodation in the new town. But then you’d miss the charm of being inside the vibrant old town.

- Spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious room with a great bathroom - Well located, just a few minutes walk from the main square whilst being quiet when on the roof or in your room - Lovely Moroccan breakfast - Warm welcome and stored our bags on the first afternoon while our room was prepared - Pleasant rooftop terrace to relax on - Very good value for money
- WiFi was good when it worked, but coverage could be patchy - Swimming pool was a nice addition but could have been a little better maintained - Breakfast times are quite rigid at 8-10, meaning we unfortunately missed it on the last morning.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay and were made to feel most welcome. This is an absolutely beautiful Riad, a short walk from the main square but absolutely peaceful. We had a double and twin room and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed delicious and varied breakfasts on the roof top terrace each morning. We also had a refreshing dip in the small pool after a busy morning exploring the city.
Nothing!

We a have spent 3 nights . We liked a location in the middle of center so we walked everywhere , apart of the evening we didn't go out because we didn't feel safe walking small narrow streets . The most we liked our host Meji . In general all staff we met very pleasent . Meiji was so kind and helpful to us , he went above and beyond with his service . He made our stay more enjoyable and we do grateful .Thank you Meji!! Wished from Max and Caius:)
The streets didn't feel safe . I was alone with kids I wouldn't go out in the late in the evening . Taxi can not access the hotel . Breakfast very carbs dominant . Almost no protein :( I would say I missed having a TV in room. Rooms very dark no windows.

Beautiful Riad in the centre of Marrakech! Perfect location for exploring the city. The pool was perfect for summer, and the breakfast was different every morning which was nice.
Would have been nice if they had filtered water onsite. Not a massive issue as there is a small shop not far from the riad. Could hear a bit of street noise or when people returned back from exploring for the day. Sometimes hard to find staff around the riad as there wasn’t a central desk.

The riad was beautiful, and Soukaina was amazing, she greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed, the riad is in the heart of Jamaa lefna, and you get a small breakfast but the staff is very nice.
