Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean, breakfast included on rooftop, beautiful courtyard area. A big thank you to Mohsine for his great hospitality.

Noisy bed and mattress could be softer more comfortable. Would be good to have a wardrobe instead of shelves to hang clothes properly.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to all my questions and needs The room although small was very comfortable My daughter said this was the best breakfast out of all the dars and riads we stayed in. The location was really good. Not hard to find when you don’t follow google. Easy to get to the shops in the medina. The courtyard space and the terrace were really tranquil. I sat outside the room just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The lighting fixture in the room are just gorgeous. The Riad itself was just beautiful A shout out to Hussain, Tariq and Moshine for their smiles, attentiveness, running to get me some Moroccan black soap from the market as well as speaking and bargaining with a taxi driver at 6am in the morning to take me to the train station.

The room is small. But it is in an old building so I understand the need to maximise on space. We had 2 suitcases and it was hard to have both of them open at the same time. The bathroom is also tiny so if you are plus sizes you might struggle to get in and close the door. We were also on the ground floor right next to the check in so we could hear all the coming and going of guests. Lastly, I felt that some of the costs were a bit high. A taxi to the train station was 20€. It would have been a private taxi but I didn’t see the point since it isn’t a far drive.

It was like an oasis of calm and quite a surprise when you walk in the main door to find a beautiful courtyard. The staff were exceptional. Special mention to Yassine the receptionist who has a passion for the building and its history and was always available to assist, very professional and friendly. Also Yusef on reception who was always smiling and happy to help. They made our stay that extra bit special.

I feel a bit churlish complaining, but adding tea/coffee facilities and a fridge in the room would have been perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was tasty and in big amounts. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Also, the location was nice too: in a good neighbourhood not far from the main sites and great restaurants, while still being located on a quiter part of the Medina. The hotel is very beautiful and clean as well.

The room was smaller than we expected but still a good value for the price, however, the bed’s comfort should be improved. Also, the restaurant was by far the most expensive in the neighbourhood which was surprising compared to the price of our stay. The room was also quite noisy which didn’t bother us but it might be something to improve.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech! The space is stunning, with traditional Moroccan charm and modern comforts. Mohsine and his team were exceptional – always welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Mohsine attention to detail and personalized service were beyond expectations. From arranging excursions to providing local recommendations, their hospitality was top-notch. The breakfast each morning was a delightful treat, filled with fresh, locally sourced ingredients – the perfect way to start the day! Highly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in Marrakech!

We loved our stay here! Friendly staff, beautiful place, great location tucked away down a quiet street just outside the Medina. Breakfast was lovely on the roof top (a selection of breads, jam/marmalade/butter, yogurt, omelette and tea/coffee, fruit, juice. The bedroom was small but very comfortable I slept amazing. Close to the Medina (walking distance) and also close the new part of town just a short taxi ride away. We would definitely return! Thank you for a great stay!

There were a lot of wasps on the roof terrace when we were having breakfast which is understandable as it’s a warm country. The door locks make a lot of noise especially on a morning when people are locking their rooms to go out for the morning. Other than that 10/10!

The Riad itself is very beautiful but it was the staff that made our stay in Marrakech worthwhile. Mohsine was very accommodating from the very beginning of our trip to the end. Nothing was too much for him, he was always available for me whether he was working or not. He helped make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially for my parents who weren't well. He left a good and lasting positive impression on us and me and my husband were both very happy with how he took care of us to the extent where we want to come back for Mohsine. He is a very kind and patient person, who helped us every step of the way and nothing was too much for him. We will be coming back next year to the same Riad that Mohsine is in. It was the best birthday present for my parents.

Nothing everything was perfect

The actual look of the property was beautiful but the staff made it worthwhile staying there. Mohsine was very accommodating, he took care of us well. He was available all day even when he wasn’t working. He went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable especially when my parents were ill. He left a very good and positive lasting impression on both me and my husband. We can’t wait to go back again and make sure we’re in the same Riad as Mohsine because we miss being at the Riad very much. It was a perfect birthday present for my parents who enjoyed it very much.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
