The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor, which made it feel cozy yet luxurious.

They were always available to assist with any requests, and their professionalism and friendliness were top-notch. **Facilities:** The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool and a huge garden. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of these amenities.

Spacious rooms, nice pool and pretty garden with options for sun and shade all day. Quiet and relaxing location outside the city (you need a car or taxi). You can park inside the compound, if space allows, or out on the street with no problem. Friendly on-site staff and very good communication ahead of our visit. No TV. Decent internet. Good water pressure and hot water. Full catering available during Ramadan. Pets allowed upon request.

A number of construction sites in the area were quiet during our stay but may cause noise and dust at other times. Cushions on garden furniture not very clean. Smelly drainage in the bathroom.

This villa is the perfect get away if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sun shine. The staff here are so accommodating they provide you amazing food and any request they will rush around to deliver. The food is amazing on site we ordered here for the 3 nights we stayed and each time we loved it!! The breakfast was a amazing selection of pastries, pancakes, omelettes, meat and cheese, Always cooked to perfection. The staff are so happy to see you and so helpful we absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The room is stunning big comfortable bed, so clean and tidy.

Breakfast was great and the lady served us was great.

I was thinking that booking already charged me for one night stay and I have checked in at hotel and no one asked me about money. The next day while I checked out and hand in the keys I was about walking out and the hotel staff mentioned that no money received from booking.com. and I had to go back and check my bank account and booking.com website. I just hoped that they mentioned it once we checked in. But our stay was really good for one night.

The staff were extremely helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond to offer support. We booked most of our excursions through the hotel which was also super handy!

The location was a little far from the centre and there wasn't much to do in the area without getting a car. We were able to organise transport through the hotel really easily but it just meant a little additional planning if we wanted to go out for anything.

We haad a lovely stay , beautiful, comfortable hotel away from hustle bustle but close enough for short taxi ride, scenic views, amazing staff, Ahmad, Ashraf, Hussain, Madam Laila, and the kitchen staff. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again. Shukran everyone especially the ladies who showed us how Moroccan Tea is made which we now enjoy daily!

very clean and cal place to rest , the rooms are clean the staff were extremely helpful specially Soufiane, is professional guy , he assist us all the way and our check in was quick and smooth . Soufiane was one of the persons in all my trips that I find him unique person who love his job and he represent Riad Villa Safir &spa the best representation. thank you so much Soufiane and all the staff who were very kind and respectful. will definitely come again and I highly recommend this place to any one who wants to relax and enjoy quite time thank you

The hosts and staff are so amazing could not have been nicer and the food was the best we had while we were there I would highly recommend the local dishes at hotel We also loved the cat so that visited friendly and cute

The only negative is the taxi couldn’t find it initially but then when there the hotel has a taxi Yousef who also amazing and great value . You are not close to anything very remote and some building work which you can see and hear but this is for a few hours only 10-12

Everything! The host was amazing she helped us organize stuff outside of the accommodation, as we had a tour the next day with different company from centre she organised the pick up for us with the driver, she accommodated very early breakfast for us and was extremely helpful. The place is just beautiful, the rooms the pool area, the lobby, the staff everything was just perfect. I can recommend this for a very good value beautiful get away from the city centre chaos, I hope to come back to this place!

Spent 10 days here with our 6year old and a new baby. It’s a lovely place and the small team will do anything to help. Service is 5star. They recommended a driver who was then on hand all week at not a great cost to take us into the centre and arrange day trips ect. Definitely a peaceful place not too far from the centre. There is nothing in walking distance so good to keep in mind. The pool is cold in the winter but we made the most of days out to other heated pools so didn’t bother us. Sofian is a 💎 .
