I loved it. We were three people and one of us slept on the couch. The service was amazing. Helped us with recommendations where to eat and helped us exchanging cash for cab. Was really last minute booking. Booked at 22:00 and showed up 30 minutes later.

The balcony on the ground floor was more of a terrasse and was closed off with walls and therefore no fresh air to help with the heat. But that's it.

Very high standard of cleanliness and super nice staff

Very small point. I understood from the wording that there would be a washing machine in the apartment. However it was a shared facility on the lower ground floor. There were two machines, very good quality, so all was well. It was my error in part, because I did not look.tio closely at the pictures of the apartment, but just taking the wording which implied it was in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment/hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, and the loft was spotless with a comfortable bed. It was also very peaceful—no noise or disturbances at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place!

There were a few small facilities missing, but nothing too significant.

Located in a modern building in a quiet street, about 15 minutes on foot from several important sights (Modern Art Museum, Museum of History & Civilisation) and transport hubs (Rabat Ville train station, Place Al Joulane tram station). Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen (basic amenities not provided). BIM supermarket nearby. Possibility to use the washing machine (not located in the apartment). Very helpful staff at the reception desk.

A few more plates in the kitchen would be a welcome addition.

The cleanliness, the shower, clean utensils, clean towels, underground parking, the receptionist (Hassan - deserves a pay rise, he was very warm, friendly and welcoming) and the overall ambiance. The distance from the centre is also quite considerable and convenient if you have access to a car. We only stayed for a single night and it was quiet enough.

Wish there was a washing machine in the room to do laundry but that’s about it. Careful with the balcony door, if you close it from the outside, there is no way to get back inside without help.

Everything was perfect staff was polite and welcoming , gave me a big room for a good price . Parking was located good , free cofee was offered in morning , clean appartment best one going in rabat thanks guys

Just the parking system . Someone had to come out the open it . Will be better if automatic system but still outside the appartment was alot of parking

The staff at MyCity is always extraordinary. Very helpful and kind and STRONG. When I arrived, the gentleman carried my bags, which weighed over 70 pounds up the stairs with ease. I overslept, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Always my first choice in Rabat. Great location and great property.

Used this apartment as a one night stop in Rabat after finishing a 3-week roadtrip through Morocco. It’s a squeaky clean unit with everything you could ever need for preparing your own meals, walking around the city, taking a hot shower and getting a good nights rest. Free parking off-street and the woman at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly

The staff were exceptional! Always smiling, full of positive energy and ready to assist. Hassan also went out his way to assist me find and accompany me to some shops, which made it easy for me to settle in as a solo traveller. The staff here made my memories of Rabat special. Look forward to coming back again soon! :)
